It’s coming along great!! As far as the rug situation, I’d pull the current rug out more so it’s in the middle of the floor. You need it for where you’ll be walking and not under the crib. I’d definitely try it. It might bring it all together to have it centered.
Such a cute room. Have you considered pulling the rug out from under the crib? Pull it more to the middle of the room so the pattern is more noticeable and that would alleviate the need for another rug. Just a thought. Put the wipe warmer at the feet end of baby to make easier for changing.
If you're right handed, put the essentials basket and wipe warmer on the right side of the dresser. Vice versa if you're left handed. You'll have one hand on the baby, so you'll definitely want to have your free hand be your dominant one, so it's easy to grab stuff. And having the essentials on your dominant side makes for convenience. That way you're not fumbling around trying to grab stuff with your non-dominant hand or trying to reach the other side of the dresser with your dominant hand, if that makes sense. 😂 I realize that was a lot of explaining. Lol. I was just trying to make it make as much sense as possible. 😂
I had a wipe warmer with my first babies (twins) and it ALWAYS dried my wipes out! I could only get half way through the wipes before they were dried out and unusable. I bought a different one for my second pregnancy (third baby) and it did the exact same thing. So, by my third pregnancy (fourth baby), I just didn't use one at all. I found warming them up in my hands first, worked just fine. Just a little heads up, just in case. 😊 By the way, I'm LOVING this series and seeing the baby's nursery come together. It's always nice seeing more of Jarvis too. I can't wait to meet baby girl and hear her name!! The fact that you're THIS close 🤏🏼 already, is blowing my mind! It seriously seems like last week you announced your pregnancy. Can't wait to see where this journey takes you and Jarvis (and of course, Poncho!" 😊 🎀
I would 100% pull your existing rug about 6-12 inches from the wall. If you still wanted a rug under the dresser, it could be cute to find a rainbow rug, and position it so the flat side is just under the dresser and the arch comes out from underneath. 🌈
I am loving all these videos! I'm 36 weeks pregnant so it's so cool to be watching someone doing the same things i am doing also!! Give us all the nesting videos!!
Love how everything is looking! Couple pieces of advice I highly suggest putting the glass protector on the dresser especially if using as a changing table it’ll protect it from anything wet… also I had a foot stool with my glider it was a life saver especially in early postpartum when my feet and legs were so swollen it helped to elevate them when nursing… and last piece of advice is to order in extra knobs as when she’s older you may decide to get the matching ikea day bed or night stand which you could match up all the knobs for and not have to worry if they are discontinued ❤
Poncho was clearly caught on candid camera...sleeping on the job!! 😵🤣 What about a rainbow shape mat or actually Temu and Shein have some with rainbow patterns but rectangle and circular shapes that looked so nice! xx
We love this dresser so much we first bought it for our nursery then bought 3 more. Lol. Its a lot to build but it's so sturdy. I also recommend the glass topper because it's so easy to wipe down if there are accidents, diaper malfunctions, or medicine spills. Lol. I'm about to have my 3rd baby and outs is still going strong
that wipe warner is so cool. I never used one because I was told they dry out the wipes but I feel like if that happens just add some water to them and good as new lol. love how the room is coming together.
I’m in nesting mode as well, we are due around the same time! I’m so ready for my baby boy to be here ❤ enjoying going ok this pregnancy journey with you! 😊
Just found you because I was looking for reviews on the Juno swivel chair for my nursery (still not many reviews). It looks so cute here and I’m glad you shared your experience! Best of luck on a safe delivery and congrats on your new addition ❤
I would turn the rug so the long side matches with the longer side if the room and just center it to the entire room. You don’t need all 4 legs of the crib to be on the rug I would try to put just the front two legs and it will tie everything together. I think having two rugs will be too much and not make it look cohesive.
You should pull the rug out about and inch or 2 away from the back wall to make it fill the space a little better!
I agree.

Looks great
Good morning Paige happy Tuesday morning and I loved your vlogs and you are amazing Supporter and I'm proud of you
Flip the crib around so the warning label is on the back 🫶🏼
I’ll have to double check but I think it’s on both sides 😅 if it’s not I’ll definitely flip it around!

Get your husband an electric screwdriver for Christmas if you’re going to continue buying Ikea furniture! Thanks for another great video. Tami
I answered the comment regarding the rug being next to the wall.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
💖🙌🏼
Where did you get the dresser
I dislike building furniture. i always pay to have it put together
Even my ten pound babies wore newborn diapers for the first couple weeks, so you should be good. 😅
The furniture will be off balance.
You do realize that Pancho is the supervisor, right? LOL!
