Of course things have changed a lot then, but the drama itself is still really good. She is lucky her husband is patient and a good man.
Pervert and sexual harrassment is a laughable STRETCH. In the drama they have been married for almost a year and haven't even kissed yet. He is playing around in the scene because he has already fallen in love with her and is waiting for her to open up to him.

In this scene you can tell that he is already in love with her but she is still hiding her feelings towards him.
