I have logia type fruit if i use 1st method with a boss like Gorilla king will it work?

It should work, but you need to fund a place to lock yourself in so the boss wont push you into the ocean.. also Jungle is pretty crowded place so it would be hard for anyone not to get there and kill you or the boss unfortunately :(

I would suggest rather get to the seconds sea, get Buddha (best for grinding in 2nd and 3rd sea) and then make full body with method above - before you don't even need stage 5 haki to be honest.

You can go to aura editor in middle town in first sea, then change it to stage 5 and turn on and off ur haki
