The T usually stands for Tank engine. Tank engines hold their water in tanks on the sides of them as opposed to tender engines where the water is held in the tender. There’s variations of tank engines like saddle tank engines (or ST) where their tank wraps around them like a saddle.

There’s never anything important at the start of the carriages so if he didn’t remember its position he should’ve rolled low for his last turn, avoiding the risk. Even I could’ve told you that and I’ve never touched this map, my only experience with it being this video, let alone had I been playing it for an hour and it’s my favourite game. Like if you ask me right now to avoid the bank at the start of Bowser Land; I don’t remember exactly where it is (I think it’s like 4 or 5 from the start) I’m going to roll a 1 or 2 on my last turn to be safe, that kind of thing. Basically the word "Spastic" is used and it's defined differently depending on region. In the US, it's inoffensive meaning being hyper or having excessive energy.
In the UK however, it's a derogatory term, meant to insult intelligence. But it's also derided to those suffering from cerebral palsy. In the UK, it's still associated with it. Hence why when Mario Party 8 came out in Europe, the word spastic was removed outright.

Fun fact about the DUELO candy that I don't think a lot of people know about. Only the USER of the candy is able to steal a star after winning the minigame. There is a reason why it's given to the last place person as Chump Charity and that one person is on fire and the other is not.
