Good morning, Nathalie! This was a great video. During my lifetime, I have worked around broken people. Your video was how my relationship with my current employer has been. In addition, people in my life have always been this way. Through your videos, I slowly have been able to gain a solid group of people which encourage, support, communicate, and edify me. I lived with a controlling wife for 27. I lived.... It destroyed our marriage. She was always right and NEVER apologized or admitted she was ever wrong. When I felt wrong I would admit it. In hindsight I think that made her disrespect me and made her think less of me as a man. I always disrespected by her. She never trusted me. That is one thing I now look at in a woman. Does she trust me... with her life? If she doesn't she's not the one. I always have my woman's back. I would lay down my life for my woman to protect her. If she doesn't trust or believe in me that's a big problem. Unfortunately society promotes emasculating men in order to empower women. The typical bully tactic, beat up on others to make you feel powerful. It's even more entertaining because men are physically stronger than women, yet we keep that ability in check out of respect for women. However, many women have a very hard time returning that respect because they see it as a sign of weakness which modern women do not want to be associated with... weakness. They want to be the boss woman and it's sabotaging relationships. Women are more social than men. They use their social skills to manipulate and control other women and especially men.
Nathalie, giving a guy his space is one of the most important points made here. And its true it doesnt matter which type of woman, what age, what race or which part of the world they are from but most do like the rebel/warrior types and even better with a good sense humour also lol

So what happens when your husband is yelling/cursing in the house? Getting frustrated and impatient with the children? How do we address that without it sounding like correction/criticism? What happens when he isnt leading/providing/communicating the plans for the family and leaving the finances up to you? What happens when the children are becoming angry and you witness the change in them? What happens when the person you married is not Operating/responding/functioning as the man you thought you married? You say not correct? Do we just sit back and allow the children to have daddy issues; leave him and have a life long of damage control to do with your children? What happens when you have asked in the most feminine, softest way for your husband to get off his phone and show up for his family? and he continues to ignore your requests? What happens when you have tried and tried and he has no desire to grow. Bury our frustration as a women for the sake of not emasculating a man that's not functioning as 'the man." What happens when he calls you out of your name in front of your kids and you feel unsafe emotionally? Honestly some women are get lucky enough to have someone that is emotionally mature and emotionally intelligent enough and allows them to flourish in their femininity.
Hey Christina, very excellent and valid questions (thank you so much for taking the time to write it out as you may be frustrated in so many ways and I understand) as many of us have at some point in our lives dealt with this with no solutions sometimes and I can most definitely relate. Would love to hop on a zoom call to chat about it if this is something you need help with as I once needed help in this area too. This is not me selling anything to you at all but to simply chat and allowing me to help a little since it's my desire too because like I said, I relate and writing out the answers won't be fair to you.
