@@Alice76370 well technically Erza isn’t centuries old. Sure she was perceived 100 years ago, but she was born in the present. If you look back during the fail tail battle when Laxus had freed create that barrier so that no one above a certain age could leave. Erza could walk through it without a problem. Natsu and Gajeel couldn’t. Bc he was born 100 years ago and went through that gate Layla created. But I did like how you did this video. Loved it.

Fairy Tail as a guild was conceived only a hundred years ago but the Dragon Slayers were born over 300 years earlier while Irene put a spell on herself to prevent her Pregnancy from progressing which is why Erza wasn't born earlier. Irene wasn't ready to give yet as she was in her Dragon Form for such a long time and once she learned that her "Human" Form was only a reflection of her former humanity she allowed Erza to be born so she could transfer into her daughter and be free of her curse. However, after seeing Baby Erza's sweet and innocent smile she couldn't go through with it and she left her in Rosemary Village before she could change her mind about transferring into her daughter. Meanwhile, Anna Heartfilia, the Ancestor of Layla and Lucy took the 5 natural Dragon Slayer through the Eclipse Gate with her about 400 years into the future. So back to the point if you want to get technical then Erza is in fact Centuries old. Also Layla didn't "Make" the Eclipse Gate she just powered it with her Celestial Spirit Magic like her daughter Lucy would later do during the Grand Magic Games.
