I love Aomori! Oirase Gorge is so beautiful in any season, and there is no place like that anywhere in Japan, or the world. I went Hirosaki park cherry blossom this spring, and it was super beautiful as rated the must see No1 Sakura in Japan. I am planning to go back to Aomori for Hirosaki Sakura, Oirase and other places I haven’t seen yet.
I was in Tohoku last year for 10 days, using 2 Tohoku 5-day passes along the way. But it was before the price hike of the Tohoku Pass and I am not sure the Pass at present price is really worth it now. Having said that, 5 days for Tohoku is really too rush, for example it would be much nicer if one could spend a night and some time in Towada after the long walk at Oirase (which I did and it was so memorable). Thanks so much for taking me to Yamadera, as my companion was not capable of negotiating stairs so I had to omit this great place. A small advice though: it is much easier to take the bowl containing the soba broth in your hand and dip the soba then eat it. Tohoku is a really nice area, most importantly not as crowded as places like Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto .... I would go back but most probably by driving for like 2 weeks. Let's continue to enjoy life and Japan.

日本去多次了現在也漸漸往冷門的地方跑，最近就很愛茨城、岡山等2、3線城市旅遊，覺得步調慢更能感受日本旅遊的魅力
