Good to know that trying to install new refrigerators in some houses aren't the only thing that requires removing doors on refrigerators, and sometimes the entry door to the house has to come off....had to do that several times during appliance installs. The new refrigerator looks great. Just the slight bit of difference in depth sure makes it easier to organize it would seem. Not having the handles sticking out is a huge plus too. Probably sticks out as far as the new refrigerator anyways.

I think you're encouraging to many people to live life in a more pleasant way, without too many materials things but with peace over all the family. We're starting an online English school for beginners in our country (Brazil), and when we were done we'll put our motorhome (we're building it yet) on the road too. God bless all of you!
We just replaced our NorCold NA10 -LXR. Is was less than a year old and Norcold was so difficult to work with for getting service approvals. We full time and having a busted refrig is not an option or having to wait weeks for service and approvals. We found at Home Depot a
the mobile service tech spent an hour (@ $100/hr ) on the phone with Norcold. Norcold told the service tech it sounded like a blockage in the cooling coil. Norcold said they would cover the cost of the coil but not the cost of the paper work or mobile tech installation time. To get to the coil we’d have pull the frig out ... so while we had it out we decided to just replace it with the residential frig. Our prior Norcold which lasted 10 years had a problem with the door hing breaking requiring a new door and a support kit.

This is definitely not a Dometic ad! Hope the new one works better. I will be putting 110V cheapo apartment fridge in our skoolie. If it breaks they're easy to get anywhere for not much. But I'm compensating by doing a lot of solar and lithium iron phosphate battery power.

You never indicated if the generator is running properly. You did say that it kept on stopping after it was running for a while. I actually that Julie and the boys was going to have the old frig outside the bus while you were still on the roof chipping away the insulation. Love the TEAM WORK on family projects. .
Man! Missed meeting you guys in Orlando, FL during your build of #2 bus ( I was down in Palmetto, FL at RVSA Jan~Mar2018) & I just left Colorado Springs the 4th of March! (was working at Van City RV as a detailer!) Used to get my frame tank filled at Pike's Peak as well as use their dump station (only $10!) Should have been watching more TH-cam! {:]
Been thinking about your family & wondering what nomads will be doing to hunker down during the impending quarantines. You don’t have much room to store food. In case stores close. The historic park where we camphost thru the summers is closed till further notice. I imagine they are closed in many areas. They aren’t even going to allow mushroom hunting on public lands. We will fear not for the LORD will not leave us. I’ll keep you all in my prayers. Safe travels.
Next time you are at an RV dealership you should checkout the cost of a new RV about the same size as your bus and see how much money you saved or didn't save...I highly doubt your bus with all the work you've done to it costs as much as one of those huge RV's.
I was wondering how the fridge fiasco was going till I seen the title of the video. Yeah, that thing just wasnt up to it really. It broke the clips the first time right after you guys left Florida.
My friend bought rv trailer and owned it for 2 yrs and we were just chatting and he wanted to get sumthing from fridge whole door fell off and he turned to me with wtf expression, I lol'd and told him screws loose? He chk and it was. I thought abt it and told him to put loctite low strength kind I don't remma what color it's blue?. So far still holding
