Certainly! The additional axis labels were added using independent text boxes. Clicking Insert -> Text Box in Excel adds the text box which can then be formatted and placed where you need it in your view. Thanks for the question :-) The lines (and additional hierarchical labels) were added manually lines from the shapes area (and text boxes for the labels). While this is an additional element on top of the graph, in the right scenario they are useful to include and can aid the audience's understanding of the data.
