I used to use medibang in the past before switching to procreate on my Ipad so i forgot all the controls. But recently I've been wanting to try drawing my own manga panels and this video was so clear and straightforward so thank you so so much !! there were so many features I didn't realise existed
btw since youve used both apps, which one do u find to be better? (im using medibang but wna switch to procreate lol)
@@canex.brainrot I think they’re both great in their own way! If you’re looking for a simple layout with easy controls, then you’ll like procreate. It’s super straightforward. Medibang can be a bit difficult to navigate, but procreate has a lot less features so it’s less to worry about hahaha

Btw, you can avoid having to use the Edge Pen in just one go by pressing Ctrl while using it (don't release it until you're done with all the strokes you need) or click "Preserve Edge" on the top right, in the same row that has Undo/Redo, AntiAliasing and all that stuff.

My brain when I got to the half tone thing 🤯🤯🤯🤯 I’ve been adding monochromatic materials and applying overlay this entire time LMAOOO
Which is faster if you wanna push out a lot of material faster. But I love the idea of applying it yourself by hand only in specific areas

I'm a bit late and I wanted to ask, is there a way to save THE actual screen tone when saving the art? When I save mine it just compressed it, and makes the art dull.

does those halftone procces work in clip studio paint tho?
Afaik csp also has halftone setting but different name. But u can screentone with brush with it
@@fungzau oh my god fungzau replied me! thanks dear. yeah last day i used brush with gray color and low opacity and it's worked. fungzau can i ask a more thing? you know i wanna draw manga in semi realism and use hatch and cross hatch for hard shadow edge(nose under eyes cheeks ....)like boichi or miora and combine it with tone screen but i dont kow how to do it... could you please help us?
