@@javierhernandezberas9513 hi! im sorry but i dont quite understand what you mean. did you select, in phase 2, the 84mm boss fillet, as well as the outer edge of the rounded triangle, and then "enabled surface"? because i tried that, but solidworks refused to do it for me. i was wondering which specific fillets or in which order you did it. thanks!
The Fillet2 in the second part is actually wrong. In the video, it rises up as it narrows down, but in the drawing, the narrowing parts remain horizontal. The fillet feature should be moved before the Boss-Extrude2 to get the correct result.
thank you!!!! i was wondering why the video was incorrect and i didnt know how to solve it. thanks for illustrating where to shift the fillets to get the correct one in the drawing
When you resized the boss to 84mm in Phase 2, it created new vertices on the underside where the shell of the thru holes are now touching the shell of the boss. These vertices should have received filets, but did not. (bottom right hand corner of Phase 2 drawing)

For Phase 2, tick "Keep Surface" under "Fillet Options" when redoing the fillet for the 84mm boss, that should keep the fillet inline with the specs
This is the correct answer, thanks! (3 years after)

Phase 2 fillet is wrong!
What is the part name?
How to set dimension arrow mark as shown on your video? its simple and easy to understand. Mine is long arrow to the pointed circle.
For the Boss-extrude2 I used From: Offset 35 mm and then Up tu Body. It's better way to KEEP the dimensions specified
Has anyone calculated the mass of the phase 1 part? My result is 547.67 grams.
I got the same result.
