I love the reshaper. I like to dematerialize into an active cashout or hop on a power shift platform and delete barriers and aps turrets. I also utilize cans and barrels a lot so being able to get what I need is amazing, especially powder cans for cover since medium doesn’t have smoke grenades and toxic barrels for my shotgun trick shots. But now that we can toss glitch traps onto shields idk if dematerialize is worth it.
The exploit mentioned in the patch notes was basically letting a breach charge explode mid-air using quick melee. This would lead to the melee damage being added to the damage of the explosive.
I've played 30+ games since my placements and haven't changed rank a single time. Been Silver 4 since placements. It's so frustrating not seeing any progress at all. And I think there is some barrier to ranking up, like a winstreak or getting first.
Your not the only one and I'm 100% positive this is a bug. My ranked teammate and I have only exclusively played with each other this season and he has been stuck at gold 1 since Friday. Yesterday won 3 tourneys and lost 2 first rounds out of 7, which boosted me to plat 3 while he still remains at gold 1. They need more transparency with this system, because this is the most demoralizing thing to experience as a player.
Data reshaper is great with how common turrets & mines are. The draw/swap time for it is really quick, so if some goober tries to drop something mid fight, you can just delete it right in front of them.
I definitely understand where your coming and this season is no easy feat. However I found that taking ranked in doses and treating it as if it is a causal tourney is the best way to go about. This will help you stay motivated through the grind and not freak out over ever loss!
I believe the rank system as unfair as it seems it's all about how much you provide in the match .... Like assists objectives etc .... I found out that i progressed faster in ranks just by being a more of a teammate this season even if i was in bronze at the beggin.... Last season ranked as diamond 1 just solo queuing as a light and occasionally finding two good teammates and joined up for few matches.... Dunno.... They should definitely give a sort of explanation on the new system or a hint how things go just for everyone to know where they're at ....
@@_lyraspan ok so only if you win matches or something. Still is ok by me .... But it would be better if it was explained ... So basically it's how many rimes you win or smth . No matter what still solo queuing and having fun haha
I do agree they need to give us more of an explanation. There is currently a bug right now where players cannot rank up no matter how much they win. This is happening to one of my teammates and while we have only played together I have exceeded to plat 3 and he still remained at gold 1. There needs to be more progress transparency because without it, no one can prove this is happening to them without facing the "git gud" scrutiny.
Thanks man, and this season is a little better for solo que in NA servers. However to be honest the lack transparency with points gained is quite demoralizing. Hopefully this changes later down the line!

The glitch buff made power shift flow 100x better. Every game is a super close match

Really wish I could do ranked solo just to get the nice diamond skin, but I’m pretty much a casual, can’t play that much
