Thanks! This is just what I needed :) Getting back into Stardew Valley after a long break has been a little bit confusing 😅 I was so surprised by the green rain last week.
I have 120 dinos. You get a decent amount of iridium quality eggs but never all of them. The cash flow is not too bad but fish ponds outstrip them so much.
funnily enough, in real life there are recipes that use sodas like cola to tenderize meat while also enhancing its flavor. food science is weird. fun. but weird. interesting nod to irl culinary choices. 🫡
I think the artifact book and Dinosaur Egg money earning combo was the one element in the game that I didn't know about this far. This video was an eye opening regarding that one fact.
Dino mayo still sells for a bit more and mayo processes pretty fast so unless you didnt take artisan or dont have mayo makers the mayos still worth more
@@WholesomeVolibear I just checked the wiki, because I’ve heard conflicting info on this. Apparently, if you have Artisan, base quality dino eggs should always be turned into mayo but silver and higher sell for more unprocessed with the Guide. 1311g for silver vs. 1120g for mayo with Artisan. With the Guide and no Artisan profession, it’s always better to sell unprocessed, even if you have Rancher. Without the Guide (which took me until year 3 to find in my latest playthrough), mayo always wins. I guess that’s more detail than most people want to hear in a video and min-maxers will already know 😅. I’ll probably forget by tomorrow.
@@whitemc2 I prefer the lightning rod over the hardwood fence because they lightning rod doesn't deteriorate like a fence. Unless you have the golden clock on your farm.
@thomascilluffo4673 well probably a budget one since lightning rod is kinda expensive early game especially we have that meadowlands farm where you start at a coop
@@whitemc2its not really expensive to make. I got like 11 lightning rods and I still have the resources to make more so I'm planning to make more as my new fence after watching this video. Fyi I'm still in my 1st year summer you just need to hit the mines and mine ores on a lucky day
Good tips overall but 90% of them are much older than 1.6. Wish you included more on the new itens, on how the dehidrator is a good option for quick processing butnstill worse than jars/kegs, or the new OP mushroom log. Theres also one of the new books that gives better thrash as soon as you unlock iron ax/pick on te right of Clint.
The lightning rod trick is super helpful thanks for that also I do not know if this works for PC players but on mobile you can move the chests around with a pickaxe when they are full just mine them and push the direction you want them to go while mining
Idk if the switch version is broken but it doesnt seem to let me water the fully grown plants, like the cauliflower or melons I did a fresh save and was kind of annoyed i had to spend resources on the basic sprinklers
What was the thing about marble and the big chest? I had a dickens of a time finding a second marble recently, but that was for the marble brazier. And I don’t see how waiting to complete the museum because I need to craft that brazier is helpful? Unless you mean one should craft it, then use the deconstructor on it? But, like, the chance of getting two pieces of marble isn’t *that* low, is it? That you’d give up that earlier magic rock candy for it? Or…is it that rare? 😅
Hahah the marble is for the Marble brazier which is needed for the 100 percent completion. Craft all items. You can just keep it in a chest and just wait until you find one more piece to donate it. And if you have a large progress with the museum you could even donate it.
Add better timestamps bro. Need words of what you talk about not 1st or 2nd. Would make things easier to skip through for veterans who already know a lot of these tips but want to find something still unknown.
Thanks! This is just what I needed :)

There are so many great surprises in the new update, hope you have a lot of fun with it
Best advice i can give players is to use the ui info suite 2 mod...if i didnt have it i would miss so many things like travelling cart.
Yes that one is really helpful and Its sad that its not in the base game.
I didn't know about the Dino egg price difference thanks
It’s a really big difference!

Trick 15: You can even make a fence out of lightning poles, it never decays
10:11 ah yes, my favorite burrito ingredient. joja cola
funnily enough, in real life there are recipes that use sodas like cola to tenderize meat while also enhancing its flavor.
food science is weird. fun. but weird.
interesting nod to irl culinary choices. 🫡
It gives it that joja flavour

Great content keep up the good work
Thanks for the kind words!
Great video, these are so helpful!
Awesome, I'm happy it could be of use!
It always amazes me HOW MUCH detail was put into this game.

Base form, yes. All other qualities sell better with the guide
@@nikifallen93It helped me, I'm in that tiny minority that have rancher and have not found the book!
@@slwrabbits I thought you can buy it from the bookseller or can you not?
@@mrduped6506 It's not guaranteed to be in the shop
If I remember hardwood fence also works better than a lightning rod so use that instead
Those work nicely as well, but the rods give you a place for some battery farms. Plus electric animals haha

I only wish some of these tips were for console🥲 I play on switch. Definitely very helpful! Thanks❤❤
the tool hit box still doesn't work right on console.

They both worked I already tested the chest push trick

I have trouble trade and purchasing bombs and Staircases.

If you need more marble throw it in a crystalarium
