Hello Dr. Anuj, I am a doctor from Thailand. By chance, I came across and watched several of your videos. I wanted to share my perspective from my country as well. I have been working as a GP for 3 years since graduating from medical school in Thailand. One good thing here is that I don’t have to worry about exams every 1-2 weeks. I also feel more independent because doctors here earn a decent income, even when working in government hospitals. However, since GP positions are now mostly available in rural areas, I have to live about 600 km away from my hometown, which has caused me to lose contact with some of my friends. Currently, I am doing my residency training. I have seen many of my friends already married, while I am still busy with paperwork and night shifts, which can be quite frustrating at times. I hope that one day all of you find happiness in your life, no matter what challenges come your way. Happy Diwali!

We want more videos, I am from the same batch and life literally hits hard, someone had to say this, uncertainty , family life , unemployment and everything else life really gets tough than ever imagined, with your video i really felt that I am not alone in this. Thank you
Doctor, your video was truly an eye-opener! The way you balanced every hard truth with such honesty and courage is admirable. 👏🏻🙌🏻 You've achieved so much, reached heights that many only dream of, and yet, there isn't an ounce of arrogance in you, you still radiate such humility. Instead, you openly share the raw and challenging truths of this journey, showing how deeply you care about helping others understand what it's really like. It's rare to see someone who combines such brilliance with genuine compassion, and that not only makes you an exceptional doctor but an inspiring person. I have no doubt you’ll become an exceptional MD, one who will touch countless lives and inspire many young people (like me!). 😁❤️ I'm currently in 9th grade, and though it might be early, I'm feeling the pressure of deciding my career path. My parents want me to pick a direction so I can begin to focus on it in more depth. But I’m really torn between multiple subjects-I love both math and biology and have a strong interest in social science too. It feels like every subject opens a new door of possibilities, and I’m unsure which one to step through. How did you know that medicine was right for you, and do you have any advice for someone who feels equally drawn to different fields? Thank you once again for sharing such an honest perspective on life after MBBS. Your words have already motivated me so much, and I’m sure they’ll help guide me as I try to find my own path.
if you really have a strong interest in math and social studies please consider any of it over biology. i tell this to you with so much conviction because the "the new doors of possibilities" that you talk about will all be shut if you enter the medical field taking biology especially in india...again its subjective to ones point of view but trust me if becoming a doctor is not the first choice considering all the good bad and the ugly part, to make your life more exciting and happy consider math or social studies.
You know what!!! We should never take a decision knowing the harsh reality!! Just do if you really wanna do to leave no regrets behind. The challenges toh haste khelte nikal jayenge
Okay so one thing I just want to point it out that. About the girls marriage, that parallel line can't happen cause, after marriage the new family after 2-3yrs they are expecting baby. Which in the initial years of that girls career , it will be a burden. Cause after a baby , the utmost priority for a mother w.r.t to her career, the baby become 1st priority. So iske chakkr mei unka career chut jata h. Uske bad agr vo 6yrs ke bad bhi agr start kre , then jo delay h na vo kbhi filling nhi ho skta. I respect your thought about it. But majority of the case is like this. May be your family will understand but not everyone. Not even my family ❤. And couple ko khud lagega ki yaar just one baby. So yeah

Very Well said Dr. Anuj Bhai. Even I think the same about my MBBS degree being just an eligible criteria for NEET PG. In one of the podcasts I have heard, Dr. Rakesh says that this generation of new doctors consider MBBS just as an entry to pg exams. He says young doctors should be more confident even with the MBBS and should pursue pg courses only to expand their knowledge for a particular branch, but I don't know if I can agree with it.
He is just spitting facts and saying truth, for every neet aspirant or a mbbs student like me after watching this full video and still want to become a doctor then bro its inside your veins and you can do anything, keep going! you got it ...!❤🩹

WE ARE DEFINITELY WAITING FOR PG VIDEOSSSS! I always wanted to be a doctor but as i grew up i realized the physical stress you all go through! I am physically very sensitive. i can never survive the amount of physical stress which medical students go through. i have had health issues and because of this i dropped my plan of getting into mbbs. Students should also consider their health before choosing anything. Currently preparing for my iiser entrance exam as a dropper because i couldnt get good marks this year due to a health problem

Thank you for addressing this as it is, I had taken many drops for neet, and was regretting to leave medicine but now after hearing you out I am glad I didn't get through neet, thanku for this eye opening thoughts of yours, I will surely make some good career in other way

We do want more such videos! and very excited to see the PG vlogs. In a way, this video idk why motivates me even more to become a doctor. I am definitely not in it for money. I've always wanted to have the knowledge to treat people and that is what is driving me. If I think of related branches like for example physiotherapy, its good but it doesn't fit right with me. Thank You bhaiya for preparing us for what's coming and things to expect and not to expect. (from a NEET UG aspirant)

Hi Anuj, I’ve been following you since Class 8 (now in Class 10), and your videos-*especially Study With Me*-have been a huge help! But I feel like I’m missing out on some aspects of my self-improvement journey. To Become doctor is my dream but yahh i also think its not worth it to sacrifice all life perks friends, family, hobbies its pure over toxic community sadly... Also i feel emptiness in life of doctor who dont really are in touch with there loved ones and the place they belong to ...it gives me lit stress that i will get isolated from life for long period of time its heartbreaking.. But now the thing is i have invested myself in preparation from long period of time mentally ,hardwork, money so don't wanna to go back.. let's see 😊 I just wish whenever i got old i must me happy with life decisions i made now
I'm neet aspirent (2025 )I watched all of urs vdo including toxicity and others but this video literally make me to think about pg and ss keeping behind my real passion😢 . Thanks a lot sir to guide us through all facts. ❤ 🙏🙏
It's really and truly great video I am an BDS graduate with a certificate of gold medalist but still feels the same Ur each and every word is true ... The part which u mentioned as bad and ugly one are really grt and real truth U r best creator
My internship gets over in July now I had totally 8 months with unemployment and loss of clinical skill with competition and lack of surety... I tried to work in clinics they pay by only after I work for nearly 14 hrs a day with preparation it's very difficult so I left the clinicals for 8 months and preparing for pg unknowingly what will happen in future?
Anuj every single word is worth, it's only u who knows and tells the real truth of medical field.ur ethics r really very pure.Medical was nice in our Era where there were only government colleges. Truth is quite bitter, only loved once tells that.wish u all the best in life ahead.
Hello anuj bhai i am from Pakistan and am now preparing for mdcat to get admission in medical college as same as neet i am following you from last 4 years and your videos are too meuch helpful for me love from Pakistan ❤❤❤

bhaiya I am a currently preparing for my NEET UG exam and you have been a great inspiration for me through out this journey , whenever I feel demotivated I just watch one of your video and it cheers me up a lot , seeing your journey makes me so excited , it always motivates me to get onto the study table and study ,and to achieve them someday my self , so, please keep on posting , will be eagerly waiting for your PG videos.😁
Well just found the only advantage of taking drops for neet ug.. U just don't feel burnt out.. Or atleast in my case.. By Taking drop we feel like we have not given enough like others who cracked it in first try so it's like we never have worked so hard... So i dont feel that burnt out.. And the drop year taught me many realities of life and how the adulthood is gonna be and many more... So I think taking drops after plus two is not that bad considering the emmence amount how time u have to give later on from ur life...Just opened up about some other aspect of life here that's all..

Eg For super speciality OPD consultation fee 500 to 1000 rs depending on place
And they judge u for spending only 5 min
Poor doc took 12 to 15 years to assess pt in 5 min

I am preparing for NEET 2025
Pray for me
WE ARE DEFINITELY WAITING FOR PG VIDEOSSSS!
Definitely waiting for such more videos, wgich are eye opening to all the aspects of being a doctor, the good the bad the ugly. It's a pleasure to listen to your thoughts always:)

Your videos are my reminder for SUNDAY❤
I am sure percentage of diehard fans of superstars watching each of their films or those sports crazy persons watching each match is less than diehard followers of Dr Anuj who wait for his Sunday lectures Great going Sir God bless you all Also prayers for RG KAR unfortunate victim
We are waiting for residency videos❤❤❤love from Andhra Pradesh 💖✨
I am B. A student 3rd year and i love your videos it motivates me a lot keep it up bhaiya😊
Definitely, we want more. And I'd love you on Spotify.
Happy birthday Dr Anuj Pachhel .
My birtday is also today as I have commented you months back during my summer vacation.
I am 9th standard student and my quiz competition is after 1 day wish me good luck if I won your heart or wish me luck if i deserve .❤❤❤ love from arunachal pradesh and bihar
We want more!
Hi Anuj,
I’ve been following you since Class 8 (now in Class 10), and your videos-*especially Study With Me*-have been a huge help! But I feel like I’m missing out on some aspects of my self-improvement journey. It would be great if you could make more videos focused on self-help for all students, not just those preparing for NEET. I’m sure your insights could help students across the country, both academically and personally. If ya'll agree reply to this comment and like it so that i reaches Anuj sir. hand-pink-waving
P.S. - You’re the real OG, Anuj sir 🙌
ANTICIPATING A RESPONSE from you!
But now the thing is i have invested myself in preparation from long period of time mentally ,hardwork, money so don't wanna to go back.. let's see 😊
I just wish whenever i got old i must me happy with life decisions i made now
Waiting eagerly for your pg videos, anuj bhaiya✨
Happy (belated) diwali and all the very best✨
I'm neet aspirent (2025 )I watched all of urs vdo including toxicity and others but this video literally make me to think about pg and ss keeping behind my real passion😢 . Thanks a lot sir to guide us through all facts. ❤ 🙏🙏
We would love to watch your PG series Anuj Sir, and more of videos like this in which you pour your heart out.
Very tough indeed Great respect for Doctors🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️
Anuj bhaiya , whenever i get demotivated i watch your videos and i regain my strength. Thankyou for such kind of videos.😊
It's really and truly great video I am an BDS graduate with a certificate of gold medalist but still feels the same Ur each and every word is true ...
The part which u mentioned as bad and ugly one are really grt and real truth
U r best creator
My internship gets over in July now I had totally 8 months with unemployment and loss of clinical skill with competition and lack of surety...
I tried to work in clinics they pay by only after I work for nearly 14 hrs a day with preparation it's very difficult so I left the clinicals for 8 months and preparing for pg unknowingly what will happen in future?
But isn't bds more relaxed, hands on and not requiring further specializations than mbbs?
@@MALI-sm7zmdon't think so, even oral oncology and surgery is linked with bds, right?
Anuj every single word is worth, it's only u who knows and tells the real truth of medical field.ur ethics r really very pure.Medical was nice in our Era where there were only government colleges.
Truth is quite bitter, only loved once tells that.wish u all the best in life ahead.

The quality you are providing you audience is excellent ❤
Yes we are eagerly waiting for PG video ❤️
Awesome video Doc! EXITED FOR RESIDENCY VIDEOS!!!!
Alll the best for ur pg journey bro🎉
Well just found the only advantage of taking drops for neet ug.. U just don't feel burnt out.. Or atleast in my case.. By Taking drop we feel like we have not given enough like others who cracked it in first try so it's like we never have worked so hard... So i dont feel that burnt out.. And the drop year taught me many realities of life and how the adulthood is gonna be and many more... So I think taking drops after plus two is not that bad considering the emmence amount how time u have to give later on from ur life...Just opened up about some other aspect of life here that's all..
We are waiting for PG videos 🎉
