Manufacturing & Machining of Steel Rolling Mill Housing

Reverse-engineered a new upper pinch roll housing for a steel roll manufacturer. No OEM prints were available, so our team dimensionally inspected the existing component, created manufacturing prints, and verified all critical fits. Our team fabricated, machined, and installed the bearing sleeves into the housing. The new housing was delivered to the customer site ahead of schedule.
