THANK YOU!! I just did!!! It worked for me but don't delete data after you clear Cache once you press Uninstall, don't check how many mb of data it tells you to keep then press ok to delete and then re-download

If we delete all the chats and select back-up, it will save it as like that
After reinstalling the WhatsApp and by clicking on the back-up...there won't be any chats since you have back-up the chats previously by deleting all the messages and details
