    Name of herb leaves she used
    1. Passion fruit leave
    2.Wild fern
    3. Penny-wort
    4.Scoparia dulcis
    5.white spider lily (not sure, it can be. It's a herb plant though)
    6. Indian bay leaf
    7. Hill glory bower / clerodendrum infortunatum.
    8. Chilli

    Please can some friends give scientific names of these plants? We use none of these plants in our traditional yeast for beer, wine, or alcohol. I recognize the second which looks like some kind of fern and the third which is considered medicine and chilies.. But the process is the same. Where is this place? We have similar yeast making culture. Great video!

    You dont need all the leaves you just need mature yeast and rice flour and water . You can make it without all the leaves. Thank you.

    I'm confused, what will happen if there is no matured yeast to add? Will it still turn to yeast?

      Matured mean which is already yeast, old one once u make it yeast you can use that yeast on the new one. Thank you

      You should drink the rice wine after 2 months and you will find the alcohol in it. When you will roll in your bed😁
