I hope to be a ramp agent someday. For those of you who are rampers, is the training hard. And when did you start I hope to start right out of high school
I work for Menzies at LAX so here’s my experience. If you’re on a widebody, the workload is less, but the equipment required is more. If you’re on narrow bodies, you’re going to be up in the pit stacking and that could be back breaking work. If you love being active and enjoy the airport atmosphere, you’ll love it. Training is cake, just pay attention, and if you can, play those ramp simulators, they actually help a ton.
I'm impressed with how much coordination you achieve seemingly without exchanging a single word!
As someone who’s an aviation geek and who’s gone through LGW a lot this year It’s nice to see the perspective of the ground crew
I do the same thing at LAX except the equipment is sort of different

Training isn’t hard. You get taught how to do the role. Just be prepared to do shift work
@@ramperryando you have any breaks in between?
@@ProjectUnsoundDineen oh yeah of course

I do the same thing at Southend 👏
Is the airport fire alarm going off in a little bit of the video
No we have alarms that go off when we use machines
What airport is this?
ok i love this
Is the plane a b787
Yes
COME ON LETS GET TO 100K SUBS PL PL PL
Hi Ramp Ryan witch airport is do you work at if you cAan tell me? @Neil Gusthart
Since this is a Norse Atlantic aircraft, it is most likely Gatwick (LGW) in the UK. And his profile says it is Gatwick too.
Why are all 787-9s missing a window at the front of the plane?
Thats where the toilet is
@@ramperryan thanksssss
It's not missing. There's no such thing as a missing window. It's just that there's a reason there's no window.
@@xzseng4524 well I’m sure you’ll understand that it does look that way 😭
I think some Dreamliners had bathroom windows
