Because i think Faker is like all the good plays we did while playing this beautiful game we all loved. he grew up while we grow up. its been more than 10 years. i dont know how many more years i can play games or league but if he wins one more worlds, i'll feel complete about my league journey. because he is like the 'us' in competitive scene. he is the best plays, best moves we all did, best games we all played. he is 'the legend' of the league. and i dont want to say goodbyes to this beautiful game without seeing him winning another world cup.

i started playing league the year faker became a rookie! i have only played the game against people once in the last 3 years and have only good memories of the plays of the champions i used. to say i have been a Faker fan is an understatement! i have moved on from playing and having my family but i still follow faker and T1! I remember the day when SKT was the favorites to win but many wanted a different champions. After 2017, it feels like Worlds haven't been the same since Faker miss out a lot of Worlds and Finals. Last year, it shows that Faker was the one making the viewership skyrocket but last year was a fraud for me, now it makes me feel like T1 got robbed of their well deserved title which makes me root for them this year even more.
Faker's greatest strength is his understanding of the game, he knows so much to the point he can almost predict every situation accurately. On top of that, he's been playing for 10 years now so his experience helps in a lot of ways.

Everyone deserves the title, I'd say faker has fought so many years for it. But Oner, he's been talked down for so long, and he's proven he's an amazing player. For me he deserves it the most.
I'd say both Oner and Guma have been the front bearers of all the flak, Guma especially with his title back then of "the best ADC in the world" not being able to perform or win it big, the two of them have been pushing for it and stepping up all through swiss, quarters, and now semis. Not to mention Keria and the heartbreak loss from last year trying to redeem himself, and Zeus carving his name step by step facing some of the best toplaners the LPL has brought out (Bin, 369, and now TheShy), it's safe to say each of them have a Cinderella story in the making, and this year would be the perfect conclusion not just for any individual player, but the team, the org and it's fans as a whole.
Reason Caster Jun says he is not confident : Korean fans have some kind of meme if you get to hyped about one team, they'll lose. It happened to 2019 t1, g2, 2021 dwg, 2022 t1, 2023 gen.g So we have to be careful what we say and do some good things. Recently, They get hyped for the opponent teams. If you can read korean and go to korean web, they go like "Weibo is so strong! I can't wait for The Shy lifting his second trophy" They call it voodoo trick.

Idk what happened maybe because of the high chance of this T1 roster being disbanded after this or something else but a lot of people unlike last Worlds are wanting T1 and Faker to win Worlds. It might because of the statement back on Summer of LCK when Faker isn't there and they saw how T1 crumble so hard without him that a lot of people doubting him begans to question their hate for him. From his first debut in 2013, when forums mentioned him in passing. I didn't know league yet but I watched him play. I heard of Faker continuously as I hanged out in the same place, and then got into league and kept watching him. Leagues evolved, players retired but I kept supporting him. The game changed, the leagues changed, formats changed, he had his slump and took the bench. And throughout the years, this guy has captivated the entire community with his plays and personality. More than a T1 fan, I am a Faker fan. And I can't wait for sunday, I really hope this is his 4th title. And I can finally cry tears of hapinees watching him lift the trophy. Everyone deserves the title, I'd say faker has fought so many years for it. But Oner, he's been talked down for so long, and he's proven he's an amazing player. For me he deserves it the most.

I'd say both Oner and Guma have been the front bearers of all the flak, Guma especially with his title back then of "the best ADC in the world" not being able to perform or win it big, the two of them have been pushing for it and stepping up all through swiss, quarters, and now semis. Not to mention Keria and the heartbreak loss from last year trying to redeem himself, and Zeus carving his name step by step facing some of the best toplaners the LPL has brought out (Bin, 369, and now TheShy), it's safe to say each of them have a Cinderella story in the making, and this year would be the perfect conclusion not just for any individual player, but the team, the org and it's fans as a whole.

So we have to be careful what we say and do some good things.
Recently, They get hyped for the opponent teams. If you can read korean and go to korean web, they go like "Weibo is so strong! I can't wait for The Shy lifting his second trophy" They call it voodoo trick.

Idk what happened maybe because of the high chance of this T1 roster being disbanded after this or something else but a lot of people unlike last Worlds are wanting T1 and Faker to win Worlds. It might because of the statement back on Summer of LCK when Faker isn't there and they saw how T1 crumble so hard without him that a lot of people doubting him begans to question their hate for him. The dude might not be as flashy unlike his younger years (but he still show some flashy moves up until now) lot of casters acknowledge him as just a facilitator only but they know how much he brings to the team. He still not behind to those who climb the ranks this past few seasons. Even if he don't win domestic or international titles this past seasons, the fact that people still see him and T1 on quarter, semis or finals it's like bruh the dude is still on his prime up until now.

From his first debut in 2013, when forums mentioned him in passing. I didn't know league yet but I watched him play. I heard of Faker continuously as I hanged out in the same place, and then got into league and kept watching him. Leagues evolved, players retired but I kept supporting him. The game changed, the leagues changed, formats changed, he had his slump and took the bench. And throughout the years, this guy has captivated the entire community with his plays and personality. More than a T1 fan, I am a Faker fan. And I can't wait for sunday, I really hope this is his 4th title. And I can finally cry tears of hapinees watching him lift the trophy. I have been waiting for it since 2017 man. And the last few years, since 2020 has been so hard.
