很多细节和推测其实你们说得并不准确。比如领子来说，组合领子其实是当年的上至贵族下到工人的通用款。原因是领子和袖口是一件衬衫中最容易脏、黄和磨损的部分，所以拆下来可以漂白、打浆（加硬更挺立）、或者替换。所以实际上是节省换掉一整件衬衫的钱。并不高贵，也不阶级，更不特殊。剧中可以看见查理码头主就经常穿衬衫没有领子，就是懒得搞而已，而且这也很平常。领子和衬衫一体并且柔软的翻领是美国人新流行起来的，因为美国的崛起，大规模制造业兴起衬衫变得便宜舒服，所以在五六季逐渐多见。

分开的领子是因为他们常常需要工作，而领子不方便清洗，所以分开来换。而意大利黑手党领子就是一体的，因为他更有钱。所以符合衬衣反而是工薪的象征
