I may be wrong and i know some other fans have already sayd this, but for her facial expressions and the way she moves, i think it may be period cramps. I know some people that even faint from that pain, since it is hella strong. I just hope she is ok. :(

Also, at 3:16, Yuju even touched SinB's forehead. And towards the end of the video, the symptoms really start to become noticeable. I've also experienced something like this, where I all of a sudden got really dizzy and fainted for a few seconds. So it most likely is sudden dizziness, as her company said.

This was 3 years ago or 4, but it still breaks my heart, SinB continue performing even if she knew she was not feeling well, Sowon a caring mother and immediately responded when SinB fainted and our precious Yuju, It may really broke her heart seeing SinB in pain, she always checked SinB and at last she cried. Other members as well I felt the exhaustion On them, especially Umji was not there and SinB just fainted. This is one of the saddest performance of them.
I feel like throwing up watching SinB somewhat writhe through the pain. I kinda teared up, too... Poor her... Is she overworked? SHE NEED REST! These really great girl group GODFRIEND deserves rest!

For everyone saying that it’s because of period, I don’t think so, remember that this era (rough) Gfriend was extremely overworked by the company, and Sinb as the main dancer, always put so much effort to the choreography (and everyone knows that Gfriend choreo is hard), i think they only had 6 hours to sleep in A WHOLE WEEK.
