@@youtubefamily9 Purine is mainly synthesized in the liver, from ribose 5 phosphate which is an intermediate metabolite in the pentose phosphate pathway. I recommend watching a video on purine biosynthesis.

Hello sir, Im suffering from Gout arthritis and doctor has told me it is due lack of "Xanthine Oxidase Enzymes" in my body, due to which uric acid level in blood increases and causes pain at joints. Is there any way to increase the level of these Enzymes in body?? Plz reply sir.. Thnku in advance

Akash if there is lack of xanthene oxidase then there should be decrease in the uric acid level so how are you saying that there is increase in uric acid level?

But, my doctor has told me that due lack of these enzymes, uric acid level increases in my body when I used to take protein rich diet... All in all, I want to get ride of this problem, please provide me solution in this regard... Thank u

Hello sir, did this explain root cause of psoriasis? I have 9.2 uric acid levels.
I see no gout but there is psoriasis with elevated levels of SGOT, SGPT.

@@gouthamreddy2715 doctors are killing me. He put me on prednisolone. Now if i stop, it is recurring again. It is causing weight gain. I couldn't get rid of this. Then doc gave apremalast, which is giving nausea and head spinning.
I should have treated myself with methotrexate+folic acid+vitamin d.
