I've always really loved the concept of melee units in a tower defense game and I think it's so funny that necromancers and stealth bombers all pale in comparison to a monkey with swords
I tried in sand box, of 10x over clocked and homeland with perma bru with every buff you can imagine, she can take out multiple bads sent out with 0 spacing
Sauda is powerful with an alchemist because in addition to the direct buff she gets from the potions, the damage over time on the bloons from the alchemist buffs her power on those bloons as well, making her more powerful and more suited for 2 tower chimps as other cheaper towers like glue gunner, ice monkey, top and bottom path mortars, top path sniper (MOAB stun), and other stunning, slowing, and immobilizing towers. When in a normal game, I use an icicle impale, MOAB stun sniper, and high-level top and bottom path mortars to boost her damage to insanity.
You probably could have gotten the second ability for round 61 if you replayed round 60, because the late charge took out some of the starting bloons, and doing it even later could have made it just enough for the round 61 bloon charge
I think that a ninja and magic monkey with sauda and an alchemist would get you to at least round 99 Edit: I just saw that he actually did it with sauda and an alchemist so like ninjas and magic monkeys would make it so much easier

I got 60 and 61. You need to be lucky for 61 and have very good micro (doesn´t have to be absolute perfect). But then comes 62 wich is even harder: even with many many tries and very hard micro I still died to one fortified ceramic. 63 and 64 would be possible after, if my approach on 62 would (maby with more luck) work.

SJB, I understand that you see sauda is bonkers, but once you get to advanced or expert maps with multiple paths or no small curves, she really sucks. That’s why she’s so great for 2tc

If you like melee units kn tower defense games i recommend trying arknights since it takes tower "defense" to offensive!

I think you’d get farther on Sauda’s map, considering the multiple paths the sword charge goes through and the cluster that orbit the center.

At level 11 she deals more damage to slowed bloons, so a glue gunner could be really viable without spending too much money.
Tip for Sauda against round 40: use the ability on the ceramics and not the MOAB, the ability will wipe out all 4 cerams easily.
