I was so excited that Dee got more awesome snorkeling in at her favorite spot! I was clapping on my couch. 😊😊 That water looks so clear and... refreshing.
Although I may never get to Bonaire this would be a very helpful video for those who don’t want to or can’t afford to spend too much on the ship excursions. You are contributing to the local economy by purchasing a water taxi ticket as well as having a great time. It would also be more affordable for families and easier snorkelling for beginners. I’m sure this would be a most informative video for many people.
We always look for something frugal to do in or near the ports, and we've gotten more and more into dealing directly with highly-rated local vendors over the years. Love it!! :D
That water is soooooo beautiful! I truly hope one day Michael and I are able to go there! And thanks to you two we are more confident in going on our own and not waiting for (or paying for!) an excursion!
Love the genuine excitement in your voice and face when you explore and enjoy the snorkeling! It is contagious. I can’t help but smile from my office desk! Lol😀
Wow!! It was like Deja-vu (or DeeJay-Vu) all over again - seeing you getting the water taxi tickets from the woman at the booth/tent & then the water taxi & hearing about the colors of the water & the reef! Dee is a really strong swimmer - I am not & get very worried when I drift far away - sometimes getting back is hard work (especially when I’ve done snorkeling excursions off of a boat - out at sea - and I can’t touch the bottom - I needed help getting back to the boat)! But snorkeling & the beautiful aquamarine blue sea is incredible! If you’re ever back near Palm Beach Florida there is excellent snorkeling near the Breakers Hotel (you don’t need to be a guest at the hotel to go snorkeling). We’re also fortunate to have Gumbo Limbo Park in Boca Raton - get to see sea turtles being rehabilitated so they can get back into the ocean!
The currents at Klein Bonaire are definitely strong, which makes it a great place to drift snorkel. We haven't spent a ton of time around Palm Beach other than the one quick cruise out of there. Nice!!
Thankee thankee! The Crown Princess had probably our favorite overall food of MegaVacay2020, especially the MDR dinners and the International Cafe for quick bites!! :D
Bonaire is our favorite Southern Caribbean port. Thanks to "Thrifty Jay," we used the Caribe water taxi last time we were there. It worked out fine. Love the snorkeling footage. The Street tacos are my favorite at the Salty Dog Grill.
Good morning, setting here watching the video and my granddaughter set down and ask what I was doing. After telling her that I have actually met y’all and showed her the picture of us she thought that was cool....” Grams you actually met you tubers” ....lol! Y’all are Cool now! As always another great video.
You guys deserve more views and likes the energy and vibe you two bring off in you’re videos are amazing the hard work you put is incredibly keep up the great work you guys, you guys bring a boring covid day to a good day!!!
Same thing, just trying to get all those numbers as quickly as possible I'm not about that life, ha ha... it might take me a while but I can usually get the puzzle done on my own time!! :P
True... we're glad we did so much cruising at the start of the year because we've had so much fun to share! We've already had our September cruises canceled, so we've got our fingers crossed to maybe get back out there sailing again in October but I don't think I'll hold my breath on that one... yow!!
Hi Dee and Jay, Firstly I love your videos and like Dee we love snorkelling! I would like to know what the make is of your watersheds (I assume they were watersheds you were wearing on the boat) and what brand of mask and snorkel you use? We have just booked an ABC cruise for 2026 that we will only snorkel in each port. What are your thoughts of where to go in Aruba and Curacao for snorkelling?
I think we've had it for 4 or 5 years, and I don't remember what website it same from, but the brand is Aqua Lung. We also have a Seavenger set that has treated us well.
You two are just so fun and adorable! It is so great to watch some current cruise vlogs. Sadly, we rescheduled our 12 night November cruise for next September. First time in many years to not take our annual cruise. Thanks for keeping my cruising hope alive.
Can’t say that either of us has seen a shark so far. And no, there wouldn’t be any communication that I’m aware of if something went awry on Klein Bonaire. I assume you would have to get someone with a boat to get help or carry you to shore.
We did a "sneak peek" about two weeks ago that was a shortened version of this day, hah... and yes, we used this same watertaxi company the last time we were in Bonaire!! :D
Hello Jay you have probably answered question this on your live streams , have you not fancied snorkelling , just think you can hold hands with Dee and swim together 🥰🥰
I've snorkeled a handful of times over the course of the vlogs, but not having a prescription mask and not having any desire to stick contacts into my eyes makes it a bit hard, ha ha... :P
@@parodeejay thank you for reply , my friend had laser eye surgery done was not cheap , but felt worth it , it’s bit scary so really depends how you feel personally about the procedure 😳😳
Great video guys now that’s a cliffhanger that’s more Dee & Jay 😂 We were just looking at a cruise yesterday that included Bonaire and for now we’re gonna stay with what we have but by the end of the week will know depending on what state room they give us because they’ve switched our ship if we’re not happy with the state room I think we’re gonna switch ships and will end up in Bonaire and although it be cool to go there someday, for now I’d like to go to the ports I picked
Ah, same... we had a Radiance sailing booked that they're sliding over to the Breeze, but we'll end up canceling. We've already concocted another backup plan and are even setting up some land vacations. Hope we can get back out on the high seas soon!!
Haaah, thankee! Most people probably wouldn't even both if that was an option. We figure some folks just don't want to have fun with us, and that's okay!! :P
The good ole days of cruising the little did we know how the future would change.
Truuuuue, and a lot of things may never be the same. We're curious to see how cruise life will be different in the future!!
@@parodeejay you guys got lucky you went on that cruise marathon right before and got the best of the good ole days.
My goodness....that water 😻😻
I was so excited that Dee got more awesome snorkeling in at her favorite spot! I was clapping on my couch. 😊😊 That water looks so clear and... refreshing.
The water that day was just the right temperature too, not even a bit chilly, and super clear. Loved it!! :D
Awwwww That Fantastic Snorkeling in that Beautiful water and the fish footage Rock on kids Love ya
Dee always has to get in some time with her fishy friends!! :D

Yesssss, you've got to check out what has been declared as Dee's official favorite snorkel spot Klein Bonaire, hah! Such a beautiful place!! :D
Love the genuine excitement in your voice and face when you explore and enjoy the snorkeling! It is contagious. I can’t help but smile from my office desk! Lol😀
Dee is always excited to spend a day with her fishy friends, heck yeah!! :D
The underwater footage this cruise has been amazing. It all just looks perfectly clear! :)

Wow, beautiful. I need to go here in really appreciate all the snorkelling Dee does, it gives great perspective on excursions to look into.
Klein Bonaire has secured itself as her favorite spot to snorkel... definitely worth checking out. Woohoo!! :D
Dee would looooove snorkeling in Roatan. We were there in February.
We made it over to Las Palmas on our last visit for some snorkeling, but we need to look into some good areas there for sure!! :D
Hello Jay , I would have not got Past Karels beach bar , cocktails Oh yes please , 🤪🤪
Coffee and you guys ! I am loving this series! The food all looks amazing.
Thankee thankee! The Crown Princess had probably our favorite overall food of MegaVacay2020, especially the MDR dinners and the International Cafe for quick bites!! :D
Wow, amazing underwater views! Thanks for this one! 💖
There's so much easily accessible coral that make for a fantastic snorkel day... love it!! :D
Bonaire is our favorite Southern Caribbean port. Thanks to "Thrifty Jay," we used the Caribe water taxi last time we were there.
It worked out fine. Love the snorkeling footage. The Street tacos are my favorite at the Salty Dog Grill.
That's awesome! Oh wow, haven't checked out the street tacos. Sounds tasty!! :D

Never heard of speed Sudoku. I do as fast as I can Sudoku on sea days.
Same thing, just trying to get all those numbers as quickly as possible I'm not about that life, ha ha... it might take me a while but I can usually get the puzzle done on my own time!! :P
This feels weird Bc ain’t no one cruising and I’m still watching cruise videos😂

Two questions (1) have you ever seen a shark while snorkeling? (2) Do you have any kind of communication on that beach in case of emergency?
Can’t say that either of us has seen a shark so far. And no, there wouldn’t be any communication that I’m aware of if something went awry on Klein Bonaire. I assume you would have to get someone with a boat to get help or carry you to shore.
I feel like I’ve seen this vlog the other day?? Did you also use a bright yellow water taxi on a different island/port of call?
We did a "sneak peek" about two weeks ago that was a shortened version of this day, hah... and yes, we used this same watertaxi company the last time we were in Bonaire!! :D

Can you use US $ for the Caribe Water Shuttle?
Yes indeed! Their pricing and signage was in USD by default.
🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
So when do you start the Southern Carribbean cruise is it straight after this cruise
No, we aren't scheduled to cruise again until October.

i wish when someone votes a thumbs down they would put a reason. i have never watched one of your videos worth a thumbs down ! that's my two cents !
by far the best snorkeling footage to date !
