    Are there any parts which need to be changed like a filter etc? Or just cleaning it regularly is fine?

      I did it with two round headed table knives, firs press one of plastic locks, and put another knife in opened hole, then press another plastic lock, little bit shaking and voila, you got all three pieces separated!

    I have 3 kids and they always have dry cough at night. Its summertime now so we dont heat our rooms etc but still the humidity measurement shows 30% and less in air humidity in our bed room. Is it worth buying to help my children sleep better ?

      Hello, air humidity should ne around 50 in room, I think 30perc is not that good, but depends also on what region. For instance I imagine in Australia can be quite hard to bring it even around. We used air humidifiers since we have our kids but I cannot say for sure if they helped or not, we tend to think yes, some people say they don't, but they never used so I don't know. As for coughing, mine cough when they have to, no matter if we use humidifier or not. But in general, no coughs at night that last more than 3-5 days. You should test before, try with a little humidifer see how it feels. We work a lot from home, house is small so for us humidifiers and purifiers helped during all seasons. `we really feel more tired and have dry eyes (adults) when these devices are off for longer

    How long did it take to dry the bottom
    Part? Everytime I lift/shake it, water keeps coming out. I’m reluctant to put in in the wall socket. Any advice?

    After cleaning, has it any smell, or during working it smells different or normal?

    • @expatmom5516
      @expatmom5516  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      smells normal, with no vinegar flavor because I rinsed it thoughtfully. But when not rinsed properly it does feel the vinegar puff (is not unhealthy to the room air overall but rather quite cleansing, I just don't like it. prefer the neutral).

    Thank you! I am planning on buying this one. Are you satisfied with the humidifier's quality and the Smart functions?
    If I bu it I might use demineralised water instead. Limescale plus my laziness ruined my last humidifier hah

      yes, is a good humidifier, we tested many brands before and for now this is the best. The cleaning is tedious if left undone long time, but ok if is done every 2 weeks. The hard part is refilling water, almost daily you need, but we manage. We use indeed filtered water and that helps a lot with the scale and maintenance

      I have the same humidifier and it's very clean in comparison to what I saw in the video...after 5 months of usage. I only rinsed it with water every 2 weeks or so. I guess everything depends on the air and water quality.

    You can assume that you haven’t cleaned the pipe through which the water aerosol comes out, gunk accumulates there, and you can’t clean it out with brushes, this is a minus of this air humidifier.

    • @PaladinErik

      You can clean it, cap protecting it is fixed only on one screw. I cleaned this device for the first time yesterday, so I still remember how to get in all holes.

      @@PaladinErik Hi, sorry for late reply. yes, is possible to clean that part also - I used the thin, long brush made for cleaning metal drinking straws. Not sure, if is captured here in video but that which is for straws works also in that small place. Is indeed important to clean that also, most imp maybe
