I lived in Vadodara for a year for wirk and Akota area around the Gaay Circle, I found the most developed. The city is very peaceful and safe but with zero traffic sense. No one wears helmet while driving bike or scooty. Most of the two wheelers have looking glasses removed and wrong side driving is normal. Being from Kolkata where traffic rules are strictly followed, it was a culture shock for me.
