    So, on the breathing facts!
Source: I have a BSc in Biology (though not a respiratory expert I did learn a lot of this stuff during my degree). I've broken this down into sections so you can read all or some of them, however you want.
Section 1: More on Spiracles and Arachnid "book lungs"
The spiracles are not just restricted to ants, but are found across the insects as well as myriapods (centipedes/millipedes) and many arachnids. These animals have haemolymph as their equivalent of blood, but in many of these animals it is mostly used just to transport nutrients and plays no part in transporting oxygen, as they sue the tracheal system described in the video.
In the arachnids specifically, however, there are two types of circulatory system: The trachea discussed above and the "book lung", which is usually found in their abdomen (the big bit at the back). This consists of a small hole on the animal's underside which connects to layers of air pockets called lamellae with layers of haemolymph vessels between them. As the haemolymph flows near to the air pockets, it absorbs oxygen and then flows through the body. Some arachnids like scorpions only have book lungs, others like mites and ticks only have trachea, but spiders have both.
Section 2: Birds and Breathing with Bones
Birds have hollow bones which reduce their weight and help them to fly, but these hollow bones are also used during breathing. Bird lungs actually work rather differently from mammalian lungs. In mammals, we breathe in and the air goes into our lungs which are made up of millions of tiny air sacs called alveoli and this is where we absorb the oxygen before breathing out. Bird lungs, however, are made up of tiny tubes, but are attached to two sets of air sacs (one at the front - anterior, one at the back - posterior) that extend throughout their body including into the hollow parts of their bones.
When they inhale, some air goes into their lungs and the oxygen is absorbed. The rest goes into their posterior air sacs while the air that was already in the lungs passes into anterior air sacs. When the bird breathes out, the air in the posterior air sacs moves into the lungs, while the air in the anterior air sacs moves out of the body. This way the bird absorbs oxygen while they breathe in and breathe out.
Section 3: Fish Gills and "cheating" Diffusion
So respiration largely works by the process of diffusion. Basically if you have a high concentration of a molecule in one area and low in another area, the molecule will go from high to low to even out. This is how the oxygen in the air goes to the blood which is low in oxygen, over a thin semi-permeable membrane.
However, fish gills are designed to maximise this process because the blood inside the gills flows the opposite way to the water. If they flowed the same way, the deoxygenated blood would hit the water with all the oxygen first. The oxygen would quickly diffuse across, but then they would even out. However, what actually happens is the blood with no oxygen meets the water that has already passed over the gill and only has a little bit of oxygen left, an so a small amount of oxygen passes across. The blood now has a bit of oxygen, but meets water with slightly more, so some flows across. The blood now has some oxygen, but again the water from near the entrance to the gill has more, so some flows across.
It's a difficult thing to imagine, but I made this diagram in MS Paint which might help. The units on the diagram are arbitrary, just think of it as like "6 blocks of oxygen".

My favorite part about the aurora last weekend for me was that I didn't know about it beforehand. I never got a good view of it, but I was driving at night and there were two points where I thought I saw the faintest hints of green against grey in the sky in the ribbon patterns that auroras are known for. I eventually got back home at 3 in the morning and look online and find several news articles within the last 24 hours that are like "hey, there are some auroras going on, here's how to see them" and I'm thinking "okay, cool, I was not hallucinating then."

For any pregnant ladies out there we used Fair Life Milk to help my wife with her sugar balance during the pregnancy. The protein helps fend off that extra hungry feeling and it doesn't cause your sugars to spike in the morning.
Generally what happens to women who are gestational diabetic is that they skip out on evening snacks to control sugars, but your body spikes the sugars in the morning, which is why your numbers are high even though you haven't eaten anything.

The entire frame of a Tesla is considered a crumple zone and even minor accidents will total the car based on value vs cost of repair, although irreparable damage more often than you'd think. That Tesla was most likely totaled and ineligible for insurance based on fault, lack of insurance or otherwise and is now a very expensive paperweight.
P.S. Never tailgate a Tesla the "autopilot" driving assistance will always prioritize getting hit from the rear over hitting someone with the front of the car and will slam the brakes and let you rear end it instead of the front end accident occurring by the fault of the idiot inside.

@@Slomsy Yeah, that's the important thing. In the U.S., our method of dealing with salmonella risk is pre-washing the eggs. Does the job, but requires them to be refrigerated afterwards due to removing the cuticle. Fresh eggs are honestly pretty safe with modern farming methods, especially if you wash them before use, but isn't the food safety standard in the U.S. Refrigerating does also extend shelf life, of course.

If ye don't buy your friends some stuff sometimes. I dont know what sort of friends you have. Every now and again, I will buy some of my close friends a meal or something as a gesture of goodwill. And my friends will do the same as well. Like a friend of mine who is a girl, I got her a whole ass giant cake for her birthday, but that was because she got me a job in the same animation company that she worked in.
But yeah, no, if you buy a pizza every day for someone, you are trying to get something from them for sure. Dont trust anyone who is being too nice. They are trying to swindle something out.

    The eggs…
I was surprised to see eggs stored outside, on a farm, in Japan, at summer in temperarure over 30℃. I was told, if eggs were never stored in fridge, you can leave them outside for a month, comfortably. But if eggs were ever stores in fridge, you gotta keep them refrigerated. By law.
    And the protein…
We distribute a sports supplements brand in my country. There are so many different protein products just in one brand and they all are aimed for slightly different thing. Also, some people digestive system can tolerate more, others less. So if one products does not fit with your body, just try different product. Slightly different composition, sweeteners, proteins make it for different people and aim is to make at least some product favourite for most people.
Nothing wrong with your body to protein supplements as whole, you just need to pick a different product. Or do not, chicken is good enough for you, but it sits heavier in stomach, if you eat it just before exercise.
Also, EU here. Not sure about US market and regulations :)
