Their motion rig is the best one I got to try at the expo, the mustang wheel is awesome and the active pedal is just the cherry on top. If it wasn't for the whole queue breathing down my neck I would have forgotten I wasn't in a real car
I just remembered that I briefly met you at Sim Formula Europe in January , will you go again next year ? Simracing Expo is crazy for me my brain can't deal with so much stuff going on 😅
Rumour has it GM was briefly detained at the airport on his return trip to be questioned about his criticism of BMW drivers. He’s lucky the conference wasn’t in Munich.
Not much info on the website and actuators do not include motors according to the listing. Comparatively expensive to Qubic or Sigma. GM you should check out & review the Sigma Dk2+ or Dk6 motion system with its own custom software driving the system. It truly is a superb motion system. I bought the dk6 system earlier this year after owning PT Actuators & trying out Qubic 220 which has same 100mm or 4 inch travel as this system but costs less. Do like their cockpit design though, very nice ! 👍
Damn, you weren't kidding about your memory. Though having your brain fried by the expo is somewhat of an excuse. Novus (No-vus) here in NZ is a car window repairer with an earworm jingle "Show us your crack". Also, the Italian pronunciation of Evo isn't that hard to remember, it is just saying the E as an A - 'A-vo'.
It's funny, because I was actually searching for the "Finest Sim Racing Channels"..... so how did I end up here? ;P (for those that don't get sarcastic Aussie humour - I love the GM Channel ; )
So in the last 10 mins of your 24 hr Endurance race, your wheel platform starts moving - because that's what mechanical things tend to randomly do - and it's in the mountain section of Bathurst. 'Now where's that allen key thingy, I'm sure I saw it the other day'. Hmm, I'd rather have some levers I think. Very pretty...but can it fight?
Nice to know, but I have better things to spend my money on than throwing out 3000 dollars on a Racing Rig frame. Then we have to buy all the other stuff to make it work. This stuff is for people that have money they don't know what to do with. Not for me.
Always nice to chat with the Novus guys for more information check out there website here - novus-sim.com/

GM is trapped in the expo indefinitely
Better than just watching him drink tea. 😂
Oh my lord, VPG is on fire. Damn that looks nice ❤️
i kinda love the machining and welds on these novus rigs. for a modern day sportscars this is really perfect.
Good to meet you in person 😎 we might have to do a version without the indicators buttons on the back for BMW drivers like me 😆

Beautiful looking rigs. Very elegant design. Do they have a h-pattern shifter/handbrake mounting option?

Good stuff!
My playseat challenge has motion simulator each time i sneeze, so I don't really need any of this expensive stuff. Joking.

Should make a Shirt saying
"Sim Racing
PRESS"
no action camera no watch
8:40 are the socks included in the rig?
Hmm from Slovenija 🎉🎉🎉
3k lul :D

Did you see anything new or interesting in the budget/foldable/portable end of the sim rig market?
@@davidkernohan4586 Nope , SRE is generally high end / expensive stuff aside from fanatecs cheaper rig and new thrust master wheel.
It's nice... but seems a lot of money for a rig 🤷🏻♂️
Too bad it's almost too cheap-- doesn't make me feel like a rich man.
Put the price up and I'll think about it
Do consumers actually buy these?
sim centers and wealthy people do
overpriced nonsense tbh.
