- The latest adventure takes in a wild camp on Glaramara, which is part of the southern fells in the English Lake District national park.
We walked up from Seatoller, and took the path over Thornythwaite Fell. although the signpost states 2 miles, it's close to 4 miles.
This camp was part of a large fundraiser for Duddon and Furness MRT. The whole campaign was created and managed by Alan Hovarth, a fellow wild camper and TH-camr. Please see the link below for the gofundme page, if you can donate any amount - even £1 - it will help the team to establish their own headquarters.
Many thanks

Thank you, Sir Dom. Yes, many laughs on this one. Really glad you made this one. It was a good camp. Always good taking a new route to the summit. Thanks for watching. See you soon.

Will definitely be up for it again next year. Cheers, Alan. Thanks for watching.
Great views again. A fell not often showcased, - thankyou.
Done as you asked. Not much, but every little helps.
Good evening. Thanks for looking, but most of all, thanks so much for donating. Your generosity is much appreciated. We were surprised how cold it turned out, but once the clag cleared, we had some great views. Take care x
Great video, Mal. Would love to see Borrowdale Valley in nice evening and/or morning light! Hope you’ll come back to this spot again. Thanks for the overnight!
Hiya, Tom. Thanks for watching. I don't do enough walking in Borrowdale, so I'll definitely be returning to this area again. Take care.
Already donated - twice to this great cause and a long walk in, although maybe better than a climb up Hind Gill, which I am contemplating......but maybe not lol. Those views looked amazing mind and the weather (for the year we have had) not bad what what a disappointing morning to wake up too. Good t see it did eventually clear but shame it was not about 5 hours earlier, cheers Alan
Hiya Alan. Thanks for watching! Oh yes, a great cause indeed, plus the 5k was eventually raised! The climb up Hind Gill is steep, but I think I preferred this route. Will maybe go up again in winter. Shame about the sunrise, but it did imprive in the end. Anyway, take care. Cheers!
Great video 👍🙂
Thanks for watching, Stig. Glad you liked it. Cheers.

Nice video Mal, what an epic sunrise. 😁 I was up on Stickle Tarn same night, least Sunday turned out nice. Atb mate 👍🏼
Hiya Richard. Yeah, what a sunrise that was! Despite the clag, it was a good camp. Thanks for watching. Take care.
I was near Green Gable last Saturday night and I got the same clag and it was bloody cold.
Hi, BTurner. Thanks for watching. It really did feel more like October. We haven't had much of a summer, so you have to get out there when you can. Cheers!
