One thing to keep in mind is that caffeine could cause nausea while pregnant. When I was pregnant with my daughter I would be so nauseous all the time, even though I only had one cup of coffee a day. I cut out all caffeine (after talking to my ob) and it helped tremendously ✨
I had the WORST morning sickness 75% of my 2 pregnancies, especially the entire first and end of 3rd trimester. But it’s all sooo worth it in the end. Congratulations again to both of you!!🤍✨

They can cause your pup to be on high alert all the time and give them anxiety. They can get frustrated going after a “prey” that they won’t ever really catch. We made the same mistake with one of our pups, just wanted to reach out!!! I don’t mean to send any negativity, my boyfriend and I love your vlogs 🫶🫶

My doctors wanted me on unisom and b6 but I already take sleeping meds, I’ve been living off zofran from 7 weeks I’ll be 11 weeks in a day and I’m so ready for this “morning” sickness to go away. Might have to add b6 into my regiment tho!

Omg one thing that helped my nausea during my pregnancy last year was nausea inhaler sticks from Amazon. My nausea was so bad during the first trimester but I’m glad it went down during the second trimester
I took unisom all the way thru birth I swear 😂 I had really bad acid reflux in the third trimester but my morning sickness carried into the third trimester.
