Thank you from the bottom of my heart for presenting this series. Have no insurance to find a great therapist to help me through these things I question myself and others on. Have scoured books and online for someone to not only put this into words but to give viable insight into the terms, root causes, applicable actions to take that brings healing and transformation. Bless you for the work that you do 🙏 Happy I found you

Excellent video Doc Snipes.💛 The road to recovery is a life long journey and commitment.✨ The more we know the more we grow. 💛 Sending prayers of strength, light and peace to anyone beginning this codependcy healing journey or on it now.🙏💪🕊️✨ It takes a lot of inner work, acceptance, patience, love, compassion and empathy for yourself, but know its 💯 worth it and you can and will continue to improve if you just keep moving forward one step at a time.💛🎉

@Doc Snipes would you ever consider creating a live, on-line group to help people overcome Codep? I want to go deeper into this. I want to learn more about myself and substituting healthier behaviors. Where can I sign up?

I am codependent, the last codepedent video helped me way too much. I've been went through on and off for the past couple of years. Had multiple failed relationships, but at least things didn't go bad as much because I am a male. If i didn't find your channel 6 months ago, I'd have harsh life. Thank you so much Doc Snipes.

@@DocSnipes the most important thing for a codependent is self-awareness. Due to low self-esteem and big fragile ego, a codependent never admitted it was a codependent. I watched and read about codependency before but i never realized i'm actually a codependent myself for like 2 months

    • @welpduu3318

How do i aware about it? Having fight/flight/freeze with my ex, the relationship is way too toxic. Since I wanted my partner to be "happy", so i started to look at myself.
Man/woman who has extreme anxious attachment style are abusive (which most codependents are). She went through a lots due to my control issues (demand, anger, ghost, etc), kind of glad that we stopped

I find that doing all these work only brings you into a rabbit hole, it’s never ending. And how do you know if you’re actually identifying things correctly? You’re not God right haha. Psychology does a great job in identifying the issues but it doesn’t have the power to heal people. Self help don’t work. Only the love of God can heal. Rather than obsessing on these things and “identifying”, be obsessed with your identity in Christ is a much worthy use of our time.

I believe in an trust God as well.... but, for many people professional counseling does help. You can also to Pastoral Clinical Counseling... combining both.
