tcraigh1 because in life not everyone will like you and not everyone will dislike you some yes will like you and some won't it's the exact same way for Stacey just because you or certain other people don't like her doesn't mean everyone else does feel or has feel the same way in my opinion the reason why soo many people like her is because all her faults aside she is genuinely a deeply loving and caring girl who is soo down to earth who has been through a lot in her life but despite everything she's been through she never ever let's it keep her down for good she just bounces back up and gets on with things she's strong she's a fighter and refuses to give up or be beaten she bounces back people love and respect that quality in people it gives hope to the rest of the human race plus she's fiesty and has a no nonsense kind of approach and can be quite funny sometimes and most of her story lines if not all have been watchable and eye catching for us as the viewers there's very rarely been a dull moment with her since her arrival so you see that is why a lot of people like her.
