I missed Macaroni Cheese when it dropped a few months ago, but clicked this on a whim when I saw it was a Kpop GG with 3 male features. How unusual is that? Turns out all 5 members do nothing but rap on this track, and the song is straight fucking fire. I'm so interested in this group right now, can't wait for their next comeback. Thought everyone was amazing but Jiana stood out to me the most. Her flow with all the repeated "sss" sounds in the first verse was sick, and the second verse was kind of honest and vulnerable ("It's been just 2 months since I learned rap, writing lyrics is so hard"), but at the same time it's a hard flex lmao. Also love to see that Sunhye, Yeonjung, and Jiana are credited with writing all their own lyrics. More member involvement in Kpop is always great.
I’m so glad someone understands how crazy good Jiana is for someone who is considered the main vocal. Like she really wrote that and did that after two months of learning rap? She also wrote in another song “ROTY” that she was the top of her class and graduated a year early so I think she might be an actual genius lol
