This is so well said. I honestly feel more relaxed and less anxious in the new space. I believe it will present more opportunities in a different light. Like the radio gig for instance, it would have been harder for me to say yes to it from the other house but from here, it was an easy yes. I'm excited to see where it all leads buy I know it'll be a good place.
