Why does my album not open correctly? It does not open all the way and if I force it it tears away from the spine. I have already had to re-glue it and it still does not open all the way so the pop-ups don't pop-up. FRUSTRATED!!!

Hello Traci, we apologize for the frustration! That album must have been one of our first versions of this album. This issue has since been resolved and the pages now open fully and lay flat. Please feel free to report this issue to the point of purchase for a replacement/refund.
