Some of the bosses are just useless and I don't know how they reach that position. One of my boss few years back wazs a complete useless person in this whole planet. I never saw him doing anything in 2 year and he didn't gave me a reference letter for the work that I did. And I needed that letter also because I bear that jerk for that long
Bosses may sound stupid, but keep in mind that they are the ones responsible for running the organization from the front and make sure that our salaries are paid on time.
