This is an actual glitch, it normally happens when a player has high ping, they can't mine blocks and sometimes they go into limbo aka the void, the player's skin extra's will get removed jackets, shoes, etc and if they move their camera they will glitch around in third person, weird glitch

I was sort of confused tho when it seemed that he had good connection but then he mentioned getting dc’ed at a nether portal and I was like, “Ah, that one.” So many people get stuck in nether portals in one server I was in, it’s crazy. So, for the curious, an explanation: The server's internet provider had a moment(tm) and their "backbone" (think of how the spine carries all the traffic between your brain and the rest of your body) between Frankfurt and wherever the server is located was having extremely high traffic, slowing down (but not stopping) all the traffic going through it. Think about how pinching a nerve in your spine will (at the very least be incredibly painful and/or) partially paralyze you from that point down. It's basically the same thing. For whatever reason, Phil and Sneeg were connecting through Frankfurt, whereas Ranboo was connecting through some other route, avoiding the congested Frankfurt one. As an analogy, If the pinched nerve in the spine was, say, just under the lungs, Ranboo would be somewhere near the arms, whereas Sneeg and Phil were below the pinched nerve. Disclaimer: I'm _not_ a doctor, I'm a backend web developer - I know very little about spinal injuries.
