Couple questions. What year and model is the hood , bumper, and grille for and where did u get the headlights. I’ve got a 2015 same color as yours and I’d like to do this swap on it so will the parts that u used work on mine as well. I’m not sure what year your truck is
Yes sir mine is a 2014 so it will definitely work, the hood is a 2017,2018, the bumper is the same from 2015-2018 , and the grille you just have to make sure is the LTZ or High Country, I got everything at my local dealer except for the bumper.
Depends bro, Just expect anywhere from 2.5k-4k depending on where you buy your parts and depending what you want painted. Also you can always sell your old parts.

I’m not going to say they are lying because they might have used it, but in my case I sticked with regular core support, I used 2500 brackets on 2500 bumper, there was some minor cutting where the brackets bolt on to, welding was a for sure since there is no way to bolt on the brackets to the frame, this way if the bumper has to come off for some reason it can simply unbolt from brackets
I couldnt really tell you bro, I can only speak from experience but I think it should be different because of the parts underneath the headlights but if I’m wrong and I could be wrong then it should be the same

A guy just brought me a Texas edition 2015 1500 and wanted the 2500 hood but the hood he had me order was for a 2019 I think, it’s 2 inches shorter than the fenders , now I’m stuck with 1500 in parts and paint, Anyone know if there’s a 2500 hood that lines up without changing grill ? It’s a truck on Pinterest a blue slammed 1500
Yes, minor cutting on frame basically a notch about less than 2 squared inches, than we hanged and basically aligned the bumper while bolted on the brackets to the truck, tack welded the brackets to the frame, unbolted the bumper from brackets, finished welding all around brackets and that basically does the job
Yes bro they are bigger springs for the weight, I think they were like 30 bucks a piece at the dealer. The hinges are wider too the gap between the bolt holes is 1” longer
The only stuff I replaced it’s on the video. So yes bro only the upper hinges, the black ones on the video and the springs as well. Thanks for watching,

I bought the fogs at my local dealer they were a little more expensive than just buying online but I didn’t want the hassle of returning something that didn’t fit but I’m sure there is cheaper online

What latch did you use ? I already converted my 2015 single cab to a full 2018 hd look but my hood doesn’t close
I didn’t replace the hood latch, kept the original 1500

That is a good question bro but I can’t give you a real answer since both pairs of headlights and fog lights came with the bulbs already.
