I love the way you described the nose and palate of the Glenfarclas 17. For me, it is the best expression of the entire core line, and that includes the 25.
Great comparison video 🙂 I'm glad that Rocky is still going strong. My cat is almost 16... he is not as agile as he used to be but he manages ^^ Cheers Mark 🥃
Great walk through. Have you reviewed the Lismore 18? It is crazy affordable here and I think I better bring it home, except ... is it any good? I have not problem with yester-year whiskies!
Great video I'm from Montreal and I'm looking into splurging a bit around 400cad. I'd like to buy one to keep at least 10 years. I'm searching for caramel syrup butter notes! Ould you have some recommendations? I'm not crazy about citrus.
thanks! try Old Pulteney Huddart. maybe that’s as close as there is to caramel butter notes! cheers🥃🥃🥃🥃 Old Pulteney Huddart Whisky Review 🥃 WhiskyWhistle 543 th-cam.com/video/h5gwgtYCpYQ/w-d-xo.html
There aren’t any! Everything at that price range is grossly overpriced in Manitoba compared with the rest of the world and even more expensive than Ontario. They never put anything over $80 on sale, either. 🥃🥃🥃🥃

Thank you Lorenz! I really enjoyed it. I will have to find my 25 standard release and compare. Cheers my friend🥃🥃🥃🥃

Thanks Ray! Good to hear about your cat.
I’ll get Rocky on a new video soon! He’s over 13 now! Cheers🥃🥃🥃🥃
I love the 17, it has a nice earthy undertone that contrasts with the sherry very well.
Missed this!! Thanks Jason. Great whisky!!

Glenfarclas has a great visitors center. Good tour.
I hope to visit in the next year!🥃🥃🥃🥃
I’m a fan of the Glenfarclas 17. Might be better than the 21. Also didn’t know the same company owned them
17 is imho the best of the Glenfarclas range
I’m partial the 25 but I think I gave 17 a point more than 21. 🥃🥃🥃🥃

Thanks Jon! I have yet to try the 15 or 18 but from what I hear they are excellent value Glenfarclas. I’d go for it! Cheers my friend🥃🥃🥃🥃
I didn’t know Lismore had a release that old.
3HHemp - nor I until recently! 🥃🥃🥃🥃

Rocky is a cool little guy. Would I be correct to assume he's the oldest of all your kids?
Thanks! About a year older than my eldest daughter. Cheers🥃🥃🥃🥃
btw, what whiskies at your local liquor mart are a great bargain in the $200 price range?
