A lot of people are getting approved without any research experience, citations, books, patents and media coverage. Industry professionals with non academic experience in various industries are getting approved. Key thing here is the proposed endeavour. This is where a lot of people fall short. Things like patents, books, citations show exceptional ability and perhaps demonstrate prong 2, that you are well positioned. But just having a great deal of experience in your proposed endeavour is enough to meet the requirements of prong 2. So you do not need citation and books. If you have a masters degree, a proposed endeavour of demonstratable national importance and you have significant experience in that endeavour, you are good to apply.
It's nice to have someone who is pointing out the pain areas while applying for NIW. I would appreciate if you could spare some time to evaluate my profile and decide whether to go for NIW or wait.
If I happen to have master's degree plus 11 years of experience and a lot of other things that could count in the sub-category of an excepcional skill, it's advisable for me to go with all my guns, even though I probably outmatch the Advanced Degree sub-category?
Man thank you for sharing your journey! very helpful indeed amd I am impressed by your accomplishments. several questions if you have time: Does having a US master's help (and maybe the prestige of the university)? Also, seems like the whole process took around 2.5 years for you, is it always the case? How long until should I expect a response?
I have a phd degree from india and two years of academic work experience with 10 citations snd 4 international publication, i also awarded in national leval, and having membership in one of biggest society in my felid. And i have a H4 visa. Am i eligible to apply for this visa? How much acceptance possibility?
Thank you for watching. I used Wegreened (wegreened.com) as the immigration firm. For expert opinion letters, they suggest you to reach out to 4-6 recommenders. It's up to you who to decide to get the letters from. Make sure to have a lot of backup people because a lot of people did not respond to my request for a letter sadly.
@@morihow thank you for your advice. I'm trying to apply by my self. Did you hear from the agency PROVAL they offer experts opinion letters. That's, what I was asking the expert opinion letter. Thank you in advance. By the way you seems like at great person.
hello, I would like to ask you if I have a PhD from the US in area , master's from the US, one conference ... you think my application will be approved for EB2-NIW??
Hi, Great content in this video, to the point... Thank you for sharing with us. A couple of questions, though, if you don't mind. Can I apply by myself for this EB2, or do I need to do it through an immigration agency? The thing is that there is an agency that charges for the whole process around 15,000USD (in installments during the process). I checked that they are a legit firm, but they are just too expensive for me at this time. If I can apply by myself, can I do that while living outside of the US? (I live in Mexico). Did you do it yourself or did you pay an agency? How much did you spend for the whole process on that? Were you inside or outside the US when you applied? What can you recommend me to do? the exciting part is that I got many ticks on my background according to your explanation on this video. Please, if you could reply. Thank you 🙏
Hi friend, Thanks for watching. 15k USD is way too expensive in my opinion. I paid 5K for the attorney fees and about 3-4k for the filing fees. I made another video that explains the costs for the entire process : th-cam.com/video/ghVvecV22hc/w-d-xo.html I applied inside the US. Yes you can apply by yourself but you should make sure to read all instructions on the USCIS website. It is important to learn about how to write your petition and recommendation letters which are the most important parts in my opinion.
Y they write the different criteria fon USCIS web site??? And the requirements u are telling for eb1 or o1 visa. Eb2 niw don't demand phd and publications and citations
I used International Education Evaluations (IEE) - myiee.org/ If you check out the description in my other video, there are more options to choose from. The video can be accessed here: th-cam.com/video/ghVvecV22hc/w-d-xo.html
how about a masters degree from the UK which is only 1 year , as in the uk masters is only year. will this be approved and be equivalent to US 2 year masters

Thank you so much for watching and your comment. I am not very qualified to evaluate your CV. Maybe you can get it evaluated by immigration attorneys.

The substancial merit is the most difficult part
Yes, you are absolutely right! That's a tough one to prove.

Eb2 niw don't demand phd and publications and citations
That's right, for EB2 NIW you don't need a PhD or even masters degree if you have enough years of experience
From which agency in USA we can evaluate our degrees for equalency..? . .... Like WES in canada...

It's a myth, I have seen people getting approved with Bcom & with 10 years experience in the banking sector, it's all about proposed endeavour,
😮😮oooo
haha! Thank you for watching and the comment, Meysam :)
The type sound is so annoying in your video. Content is good.
Sorry about that and thanks a lot for watching and your comment. I will make sure to not use type sound in future videos/turn it down.
Which state did you submit your petition in?
