Here we go again! Are you ready?? Welcome to the 2022 edition of my complete diamond painting stash video, where I share EVERY kit in my collection after 2+ years of diamond painting, with the exception of a number of kits that I still have on the way.

So sorry for your loss. I am sort of using DPing in the same way except it’s me. I have triple organ failure and I’m on dialysis 3x a week. I have become severely depressed because of it Several of my doctors told me to pick one of hobbies backup. This is t one that stuck. I look forward to coming home and working on a Dplng. I’m slow but it is satisfy.
I wish I had found diamond painting at the beginning of the pandemic. I will never ever be able to afford the paintings you share,but your stash is amazing! I finally learned how to multi-place correctly by watching your old how-to videos. Your channel is my happy place.
I have a little stash but I'm good with it. I'm always in awe of the stash collections. Never feel bad about the amount you have, I think it's a badge of honor to have a large a stash. I love seeing your favorites.
Also, do you mind doing a video of how you log your completed DPs? I want to start one 😍
My stash is slowly inching toward 200. It will definitely take a lifetime for me to complete. I only accomplish 1 per month. I accept that I'm both a collector and a painter of diamond art. 🥴🤷🏽♀️🥰
Same. I've told my husband it's up to him whether he wants to sell them or not, but anything that doesn't get sold MUST be donated to a women's shelter for women and their children escaping domestic abuse. I will forever haunt him if a single one goes in the trash. 😠
Your stash is simply amazing! Myself, I have a stash of 0, yes zero😲 but my case is special because I am a recovering hoarder so I have to keep a very tight reign on myself or it can easily get out of hand. My boyfriend is paying for my next kit because he knows I need to be constantly working on one for my mental health so I am very grateful for his assistance ☺

I saw so many kits that I have in my stash, that I feel no longer guilty about having them...in the Netherlands I got some nasty reactions when I showed my stash....like you I am a sucker for Randall Spangler and Mandie Manzano kits. Fellow Dutchy here. Who was nasty about it? If it was friends, I’d reconsider the friendship, that’s not very supportive. I don’t understand why people feel the need to do that. Most people have hobbies which they spend time and money on. Or they spend it on restaurants, vacations, possessions, alcohol, you name it. It’s your money 🤷🏼♀️

One thing I love about this hobby is that we have super different taste, but still have 5 in common. Thanks for sharing these with us. 💜
I started With a Christmas gift two years ago my husband gave it to me.
I just started painting in Jan of this year and I have quickly purchased 30 kits! Mostly DAC (19), but there are definitely a few regrets. lol. I've completed 12 and I'm currently working on my 13th - NOLA by Mandie Manzano! My first two paintings were Mandie's as well, Saint Brees and Lady Creole. I've put myself on a "no buy" until I get more completed (unless my two out of stock faves come back) because having so many undone has started to give me anxiety! I completely understand the reasoning behind a stash like yours, and of course respect people's choices with their hobby, but I'd personally like to get back to a place where I have more completed than stashed. Maybe no more than 5 or 6 at a time undone.
Very cool collection. Mine is much more eclectic than yours. But I can definitely see you love portraits. I tend to gravitate towards landscapes

That thumbnail cracks me up. You know you got a big stash when you can build a house out of it. 😂 Thanks for linking the large portfolio. I have started putting my smaller ones in portfolios and I'm getting rid of the boxes and other packing. It takes up way too much room in my house. Katie, about how many diamond paintings would one of these portfolios hold?
Have you completed protégé from dimitra Milan & winter fox from Sylvia strijk? DAC kits with the most lovely foxes! Last one is in the last chance section at the moment. These two kits are my first buy from DAC.

Katie, I was just wondering how you store your large stash. I have over 100 DAC kits alone and I have them stacked Jenna style in the corner but then it’s impossible to get to any of the bottom ones. I first tried these plastic shelves but, one, they took up so much room and, two, there was no way they fit. Just don’t know what to do with them.
Hi! I know this is a very old comment and not sure if you figured something out but I purchased a binder of sorts that stores up to 30x40 sized DPs. I of course have larger than that size and they stick out a bit but nothing I can’t handle. This way I can flip through them and have a spot to place it back when I’m done for the day. The binder only fits about 60 so you may need 2 and possibly a box for the drills. Hope this helps 🙂
@@emilyerojas hi. I was referring to storing my DAC kits in the boxes that I haven’t done yet. I did get a new big metal shelving unit that holds a ton so guess I got it figured out. But thank you for replying to my comment. 😊

I have 15 DAC kits in my stash at the moment, and 3 DAC wips on top of that. It would absolutely be more, but storage restrictions keep me completing a few kits before I have room to buy any more.

Cool stash. My stash is a lot of dragons. Ravynne Phelan is one of my favorites. Took me a while to get I Am but when it restocked it was mine.

I was into the rainbow loom and rubber bands. I followed Cortney Nicole and did all of her dragons from How to Train your Dragon. Then the fad fizzled out. No stores carry the rainbow loom brand anymore.
This time I am prepared if diamond painting fizzles out. hehe
hubby says I can't hang out with you anymore, lol. I just started diamond painting not that long ago so not that big of stash for that but over all craft stash is huge. I love crafts, I like trying all the crafts, that means collecting all the things, for all the crafts, and all the pretties, and look a new shiny.
I think if I did a stash video it might take hours. Did I mention HOURS! 🤣. I love stash vids 💙💚

Hi Katie thanks for sharing. I love stash videos! This was amazing! And I love the house 😊. I did get it wrong... I thought you would have more Spanglers than Manzanos but when you take all the princess panels into account that does make total sense. I think we should re-term stash to collection because thar is what we are basically, collectors 😉. I have 136 in my collection with 7 on the way. This may be a sad statement since I have only been DPing for a year but I do love my collection. Enjoy 😉.
Love, love, love. I'm jealous now. I only have 3 in my stash and will start one on Monday for my first event Claws and Paws. I'm the opposite of you I love landscapes. I do love some of the princess ones of Mandies I will definitely look into her licensing as I also do cross stitch. Thanks for sharing and you should never have to have disclaimers. When I could afford to travel we collected shot glasses and I probably have more coloring books than I will ever color especially since I found Diamond painting. 💜💜💜
Love your stash,I have many same as you. I am getting close to 200 kits. 85% are DAC,the rest mostly other licensed companies, but I do have a few kits from before I learned about licensing. I am planning to do all of them, looking at it as a retirement investment 🙃
Im very much into the Fantasy, and also love dragons too. I only have a couple of dragon paintings. I just started diamond painting back in 2020 and fell in with doing them.

That was fun. I found myself buying kit after kit like an addict LOL. I have so many to work on but so so many more I would like to have. I found early on my kits were small and not very good quality. Now I’ve learned about the artists and companies that are quality dp that my focus has shifted. Perhaps one day I’ll be able to make a completed dp video.

Love the stash video! I like to see what painting others are drawn to. It's neat to see the similarities and differences in taste! I haven't even been painting for a year and I'm close to 100 paintings! I also crochet and have a pretty good stay of yarn but I usually always buy specific for certain projects.

Love the stash video. You have an amazing collection of incredible paintings and I am sure you will do many of them justice. You should never be uncomfortable about showing your wall of paintings. If you ever do a de-stash would you notify your subscribers in advance even the ones in Canada. Your Randal Spangler collection is awesome. As I am an avid reader as well a addicted to diamond painting I am currently working on So Many Books So Little Time. (2 squares left to do). When you speak about your Unicorn and rainy day paintings I would have to say mine is Bringing Home The Tree. Unfortunately I started diamond painting after that one was gone. I currently have 11 DAC paintings. Working on my first DAC painting and first time working with squares.
I just finished my first dimond painting last night. The last drill went in at 11:57. It is Vincent Van Gothe's Starry Night.

Hi Katie! First of all, LOVE 💕 the stash! Especially when you got to the DAC kits, I was really excited 😊. Anyways, to add to your DAC Fairy 🧚 collection, there’s another kit in DAC. It’s called, “My Garden Needs Tending.” She’s the fairy that make the flowers grow. See, I have two little girls that used to watch the Tinkerbell series and I believe she’s one of them. I have finished 17 and have 8 that haven't been started and I started 2017 with one partial in December. 2021 I bought 16 in January. 2022 I bought 6 in July. 3 were gifted to me. I don't want to have a ton of them at any point in time because I will pick through and won't end up doing all of them. I will pick the ones I'm most excited about and not do the others if I kept buying more. The only reason I got the 6 in July was because all of my unfished ones were in storage and I couldn't find them and then of course found them within a couple weeks of getting the new ones I had bought. I typically end up doing 12x16 ish size ones and complete them between 9 and 14 hours. I only single placers and find multiplacers to be more work and take longer for me to use.
I also have a super stash! However, mine is not as large as yours. I think that it's awesome that you made this video because it's a LOT of work to get them all out and then put them away again. I have about 175 or 180 and at least 150 of those are DAC. You speak true when you say their quality is better. They are more expensive, but well worth the extra paid for the lifetime oops-free guarantee and no questions asked drill replacement. Thanks for sharing, and I may do one of these videos myself

Your stash is amazing! I started April of 2020 to get through the stress of finding a rental then deciding to buy a house and everything that goes with that. I prefer landscape and animal DP's. I have watched your reviews of some that I would love to get but currently on a no buy until I complete my bigger canvas.

Have you ever considered gifting the sneak peaks you have received? I don’t agree with not having artists compensated either but as for the waste as you call it. I would have never learned about licensee art without that “waste “. Are any of those older kits of yours in the public domain now? With you having so many it would be interesting to see which ones WERE. just saying…. So quite a stash there. Love watching your stash videos! I have just a small stash, but I also have other crafting hobbies that take up my time like knitting/crochet, and sewing, so those things take up the bulk of my stash. Also just got a Cricut, so I need to give equal time to all the things. But diamond painting is so fun! I feel really slow though! Lol

Unfortunately they do - I'm sure mostly because of envy.
There's even been a few comments on creator's stash videos where people literally post their address publicly for the creator to send them kits.
Honestly if u like them artists please check out Josephine wall she is so amazing I love her artwork and i Buffalo games has her license but the only got puzzles I would love to an diamond painting of her work the puzzle are amazing I’ve been collecting the puzzles for about 5 years now have almost everyone
I just barely made it 11 minutes into the video before I started spending money. I absolutely had to have the Tohru from Diymoonshop. Fruits Basket is my favorite manga/anime ever and I’ve never seen good quality diamond paintings for it before.
I have 30 in the stash, 3 I am working on and 4 completed of DAC before I found out about licensed kits, I finished a lot of unlicensed from Amazon.
I will say am fairly new to diamond painting. I brought some from amazon and after making some decided to start watching some videos and discovered a new world for me. I try some of the dreamer designs and and making my way to other companies as well. What do you mean by distash? When you complete a diamond painting usually what you do with them. I like all of mine but there is so much I can display? Do you have any suggestions… Also can you explain what’s the purpose of you diamond log book? Is there a reason to do so or is just you keeping track for future reference or ??. Sorry my ignorance am just curious. Thank you so much for your videos

I just got my first diamond kit. It's a diamond art brand from Hobby Lobby. The box suggests you can add your paintings on a tote bag, wooden art sign or pillow. Is that even possible?

I'm just now on my second ever diamond painting. I was shopping for more recently and I almost bought Butterfly dragon! I had some tough choices to make. There are truly so many beautiful pieces out there! I'm enjoying watching your stash video. Update: Ok, now I've watched the entire video and I could see me with a stash in a couple years or sooner!! My third dp arrived yesterday. I got it kitted up, ready to go after this one I'm currently working on. First one was a round drill gifted to me by a friend that I just kind of would look at and then finally began and completed in under a week! This one is a 40x30 square drill piece so I could experience both drill shapes. And I'm on to bigger pieces!
