I would like to know if it's wrong to request for a refund to a room rent or apartment because the tenant didn't like the room. But the Landlord wouldn't give a refund because he thought he was offended by the tenant for insulting his property for being old and many other things. And take note:1) the tenant was merely spent half a day on the said room or apartment. And I'm asking if what the landlord did was justifiable or not? And additionally the landlord didn't mention that he had a rule of no refundable payment.

I have a long question. I deal with antiques and I have two questions to which I need clear answers. 1) I buy my items at a low price from sellers. Sellers don't have exact knowledge of the actual value of that item. But I dont squeeze them I still pay them what they ask for or after slight negotiation. To give you an idea I pay someone 300 hundred when i know that I will sell that item for 3000 or even more. But 300 is what the seller asked for. Is that ok? 2) Then again I sell the same item to someone who appreciates it and pays 3000. But gain he is happy paying that money. Is that ok? Once again these are antiques and I have put in years to gain knowledge of the way it works so it the high profit margin ok. They are atleast 50 year old items mostly. Thank you
As far as my knowledge and also the message on this video says...you doing right. People who are selling to you are happy to accept that price u paying thinking they had a good deal. Then when u reselling it to another buyer is happy to pay more money for the same item, thinking they had a good deal. Both parties are satisfied. Just because you making so much profit on an antique product doesn't make it haram inshallah. What if, you choosed a product and paid more then what u can sell later. Its simply business. But, if you increase your product price excessively just because there may be a rich person about to buy the product is not good business ethics.

it's a contradiction because u make sense about the buyer and the seller but when spoken about the competition Muslims say its ok to open next to another business selling same item, and then Muslims say rizik come from god.. but still the other muslim that opens next to another muslim or any faith is not being fair, is stealing from the other business is making the other business less.. this is the part I can't understand when selling and being the buyer both ways have to be fair but then it's ok for another to open within the same block same business
All this makes sense but as soon as you go to middle eastern countries like dubai and pakistan.. You have to bargain for the best deal.. Pakistan is the worst for example if they see you have come the UK they are putting the price up 100% just on that basis

If you buy for 300 and make 3000 why not buy for 350/400 and make them feel happy that they got a good price
