80's are a treasurechest for this kind of music, almost any European country had tons of these bands, often releasing only one tape,EP or whatever. Thankfully the internet is there for some golddigging.

Not true, you can find minimal synth, electro from many other counties. There are alot of band from Sweden, that is from the 80s, small bands that is :)
This reminds me of the first albums of the Belgian legendary band Neon Judgement. Nice clip, but again I can see strong influences by Neon Judgement (is this pure coincidence?) This is definitely a great song, unfortunately the rest of the songs are mediocre.
