I’m using a Rowin Amp pusher on very low gain setting only to have a slight grit for my clean tone and I’m hoping to get the same plus more with this pedal here. I really mostly want it because its supposed to be a Neve console in a stomp box!
I’m actually nicely surprised by this. Thought they would strip away the goodness of the original but seems that they’ve kept it, then added more goodies.

Can this pedal get the exact same sounds as the V1? I have a V1 and I'm interested in upgrading but I just worry that it won't sound exactly the same as the original.
i own V1 it is like a trip to the past sound awesome, in each situation, in front of a amp or direct whatever, they use high quality transformer that ´s the secret sauce and the price justification
Hey what would you say about a direct in sound or just no amp all? Can you still get good tones from it? It’s weird everyone uses it as a distortion but the idea it plugging. A guitar to direct in to a never console
does this pedal should be use in this order? Guitar --- amp ---mic --- CB ---Mac? or should be like a normal pedal before the amp? If will be use like connecting a gtr on a consolle?

One dude on here ran a mic into the xlr input with an xlr going to the mixer and a patch cable from the instrument output to a delay pedal and back to the mixer.

I found this on vintageking about the previous version: "The 1/4" mono output and the XLR output are independent and allow you to run parallel outputs to two destinations. For example, run the 1/4" mono out into your guitar amplifier and at the same time run the XLR output to your front-of-house mixing board."

i loved the clean sound personally, not too heavy on the bass or treble, very balanced and warm. I didnt understand why ppl would want this pedal, but after hanging with a friend its on the wishlist!

@ the 2:05 mark the tone is very close to TCV Bandoliers! Sounds rad!

I know the 500 series had the Carnhill transformers, any reason why they didn’t use them? Wouldn’t fit?

I can’t remember that from my first one, but this doesn’t pop no.
It's buffered bypass, and doesn't pop. Just got one myself. Low noise and no pop!
was it direct to DAW after the colour box or you use it as a pedal and mic the map? I have a les pauls would love to get those clean tones

You can do it that way too, but this is in front of the amp!

@@EchoicLad I tried that and it worked, an xlr to record the guitar cab and a patch cable to the pedal board and direct to the interface.
