Aris's Story

Aris is a smart, ambitious, and energetic fourteen-year-old. After growing up with an abusive stepfather, he had trouble expressing himself without becoming violent or aggressive. While he was struggling, the only thing his mother knew to do was call the police and place him in an Emergency Mental Health Hold.
