And normally the teacher tells the stronger students to move stuff around, she wanted a globe on her desk and chose him to do it. But he was in tears with his head down. And she demanded he move it, weakly and sobbing he said “My cat just died…” and you would think a teacher should comfort them, but the teacher didn’t have any of it. And she said BULLS- infront of us. And said she didn’t care if he lost his mother that HE was gonna move it. The kid just put his head back down and the teacher just went over, grabbed the globe with ease. And instead of moving it herself, she dropped it on the kids head. Which, getting hit in the head with a globe hurts. And the globe broke, the kid screams in pain. And the teacher just acted like he broke it. “OH MY GOD, YOU BETTER CLEAN UP THIS MESS YOU MADE OR YOU GOING TO THE PRINCIPAL.” And so she called the principal and explained the situation. She explained it as if the kid committed murder. Ultimately she got fired after they saw the cameras for sexism and damaging another students mental and physical state. Like it's completely reasonable to talk back to someone if they're being horrible to you. I'll never get why older people think they're always in the right because of their age & experience.
Now, if moving her out of one school to another was supposed to be a wake up call to change the attitude, you are on probation sort of thing Id understand. If you have to move her to another school by the 3rd or 4th time it's better to just fire her. Save money and use it to hire someone less problematic and more competent.
i had an english teacher in Middle school, her name was Ms. Vanarmin. yeah, i said her real name cause honestly i just hate her that much, and she was an absolute horrible person. she would do the most contradictory things, like the librarian in this story. and LORD FORBID YOU FORGET SOMETHING, i've been scolded at several times because i forgot a pencil, or i was late to class, or because i had to go to the bathroom on one occasion. she was so bad that she had a stranglehold on the class and you couldn't even ask for a replacement pencil or ask another student to borrow one. there was one time that she sent me to detention for the whole period because i didn't have paper. paper, the bitch sent me to detention because i ran out of paper... not to mention the three whole days i had to spend in In school suspension because she threw a fit about me not completing an assignment. in fairness i was a laid back, laissez-faire student, but far from a trouble maker. we had to write a page a chapter about a book we were reading as a class, and i had it partially complete so i asked if i could finish it, she said "no, you should've thought of that before class. now you have to stay after to get it done" which i couldn't cause i had to take the bus home so i went straight home. the next day i get reamed out in the office because i didn't stay, so i told the principal what was up and he just says "well, that's not a good enough reason so you're gunna stay after today" to which i begrudgingly did. another kicker, my last period was art, which was in the basement, so i had 3 minutes between periods to gather my stuff, and hike up three bigass flights of stairs to go to a place i don't even want to. so i show up like 4 minutes behind schedule and she's pissed. cause despite it being after school she still expected me to be there on time. the bus i took wasn't a schoolbus either, it was public transit, so the school got done at 2:40, the bus i would normally take would show up and around 2:50-3:00 but i had to stay so when i got done at 3:15, i was then forced to wait in the freezing cold (it was winter) until it came by again at 4:00. so i started ditching the after school classes and apparently this was grounds to threaten a week suspension for insubordination. though there is one silver lining, and that was the year after i graduated she resigned. i honest to god hope that she is down on her luck right now, i want her retirement to be absolute hell, and if she by some chance finds this, i want you to know i hate you with the fiery passion.
It wasn't a teacher but in elementary school one of the staff members that walked around the lunch room was just horrifying. She didn't allow you to share food, you couldn't turn around to talk to people behind you and this. My school had this cup system where if your class was good you would get either a blue or green cup (blue being the best) and if your class was bad you got yellow or red. This lady was passing out red cups like it was a party. Whenever higher ups told her to give classes yellow or blue it seemed like she actually didn't like doing it. It always left me with the same question. Why work at a school if you hate kids

I had 2 of these Teachers. The PE and the Music teachers. PE: Whenever she was on duty for recess if a kid wanted to go get water because its hot and they’re thirsty (2 Kids fainted because of this) it was terrible. And the worst part is she still works in that school. Music Teacher: A replacement because the really good and fun music teacher broke his leg playing basketball. You could not eat whatsoever even if it was snack time. No talking whatsoever, If he heard you talking he would say in a begging tone “Your asking me to give you a bad mark for participation today. Please sir give me a bad mark”. And everyone talked back at him while our actual teacher was there and the class and the teacher would make fun of it after and he ENCOURAGED us to talk back at him and whenever we did we could hear him laughing.

Back in 7th grade one of my math teachers (in the school I went to for some reason their were two math classes) was a total hothead. Three times he yelled at different kids and all three times I nearly had a heart attack. One time one of my classmates made some noise and my friend asks what noise the kid behind him made, and the teacher lost it and yelled super loud at my friend.

Fun fact: they do in fact still use the Dewey Decimal System. My friend’s kid got home from school while I was at his house and told my friend about learning the system.
Instead of sharing about a insanely bad teach. I'm going to give props to a good one I remember. My art teacher in high school was the cool somewhat older lady that would also encourage us to do what we wanted for our assignments. Like she had guidelines for the projects. Like has to be done with certain materials and such. But we were free to do what interest us. So as a gamer a lot of my stuff was game related. And we had to do sketches in our sketch books every week, every other week was a free week. Then the next week was drawing something realistic. On top of that she would have art aids that were students that were in the higher grades or just in study hall. She'd even give students notes to come to the art room during any study hall. My senior year I had basically ones that said I was going to be in the art room for the whole year and not in study hall. My school also had a art show every year so students' works could be seen by their fellow students and teachers. Each student that had taken all four years of art had their final project be a section that was just set up as their artwork. She was one of the teachers that pushed for this. Not sure who replaced her after my senior year because that was her last year. She ended up retiring that year.

I had a teacher in the 5th grade. She was big older women. This one kid was the class clown. There is one day she just had it with him. No joke! Something similar happened to me. When I was in 6th grade (just now), my home room teacher was SO strict. She did this thing where if your phone rings (even if it’s an emergency call), she takes it away and doesn’t give it back for a while. She also does this thing where if you have homework (religion, math, etc.), she won’t let you work on it during your free time (like after a quiz or test). This one time, my humanities teacher was holding this event where you can dress up as characters and act out a scene from the Middle Ages. One of the groups was doing a skit where one of them was playing as a king, so he brought a fake crown with him. The rest of the group was trying to grab it from him saying “Make me king!” When my humanities teacher saw the fight, she went over to my home room teacher (the strict one btw) and said “You might wanna take the crown, because they’re fighting over it.” And she replied meanly, “No, YOU take it! That skit is for YOUR class, not mine, so it’s YOUR problem!” Another time, she tried to spank one of my classmates with a book. Luckily it missed, but it hit her desk instead. And if anyone tried to go to the bathroom during recess, she would kick them out. On the last day, we did this event where all of the classes compete in a series of games. All of the other home room teachers were fine about their kids just having fun, but I could tell that THIS one was more worried about our class losing than having fun.

Right then the ball flies towards me again, bounces into my arms and I throw it to third. We got the third out. And as soon as that happened everyone starts switching. Instead of sharing about a insanely bad teach. I'm going to give props to a good one I remember.
My art teacher in high school was the cool somewhat older lady that would also encourage us to do what we wanted for our assignments. Like she had guidelines for the projects. Like has to be done with certain materials and such. But we were free to do what interest us. So as a gamer a lot of my stuff was game related. And we had to do sketches in our sketch books every week, every other week was a free week. Then the next week was drawing something realistic.
On top of that she would have art aids that were students that were in the higher grades or just in study hall. She'd even give students notes to come to the art room during any study hall. My senior year I had basically ones that said I was going to be in the art room for the whole year and not in study hall.
My school also had a art show every year so students' works could be seen by their fellow students and teachers. Each student that had taken all four years of art had their final project be a section that was just set up as their artwork. She was one of the teachers that pushed for this.
Not sure who replaced her after my senior year because that was her last year. She ended up retiring that year.
I wish I had the same class all I had a art teacher that would yell at us scary yell she would always act like the nice teacher in front of other teachers but with students she was Satan some one Joseph Stalin would fear

I had a teacher in the 5th grade. She was big older women. This one kid was the class clown. There is one day she just had it with him. No joke! She picked the kid by the neck like she is the undertaker from WWE. Dropped him back down and told him to start acting right. I don't think we ever misbehaved in her class ever again.
I have alot of crazy teacher stories but we had one that used to drink germ x, talk to stuffed animals in class, and sounded like Mr Macky from Southpark

Something similar happened to me. When I was in 6th grade (just now), my home room teacher was SO strict. She did this thing where if your phone rings (even if it’s an emergency call), she takes it away and doesn’t give it back for a while. She also does this thing where if you have homework (religion, math, etc.), she won’t let you work on it during your free time (like after a quiz or test). This one time, my humanities teacher was holding this event where you can dress up as characters and act out a scene from the Middle Ages. One of the groups was doing a skit where one of them was playing as a king, so he brought a fake crown with him. The rest of the group was trying to grab it from him saying “Make me king!” When my humanities teacher saw the fight, she went over to my home room teacher (the strict one btw) and said “You might wanna take the crown, because they’re fighting over it.” And she replied meanly, “No, YOU take it! That skit is for YOUR class, not mine, so it’s YOUR problem!” Another time, she tried to spank one of my classmates with a book. Luckily it missed, but it hit her desk instead. And if anyone tried to go to the bathroom during recess, she would kick them out. On the last day, we did this event where all of the classes compete in a series of games. All of the other home room teachers were fine about their kids just having fun, but I could tell that THIS one was more worried about our class losing than having fun.

I had a 5th grade teacher who kinda sucked, she was the type to act all nice in front of parents and be mean when they left, on my birthday my parents came to school to eat lunch with me and she walked up to me and asked me in front of my parents ( pretty loudly) " Would'nt you like it if your parents came to school to eat with you more and cared for you like they should?" the worst part is that it was'nt that my parents did'nt love me, they were just working hare to support a family with 5 kids, frick you ms. whatever the heck you name was

Pretty sure I had a teacher who was racist because she was always giving me detention for being 'late' even if I was like 3 minutes early to class. I say this because I seemed to be the only person outside of two other POCs who was in her classroom detention. The next school year was so much better. I think she was fired because last I checked, she wasn't employed there anymore.
I had this teacher in elementary school. To start I wasn’t in her class, we did one of those things where you flip-flop between classes for a particular subject. And that meant I only had her for science twice a week. But from what I heard from students, she was sexist as hell. She treated girls much better than boys and even sometimes gave them more encouragement or time on a project. I was able to see that even if I was barely in her class. But another thing she did was pick anyone she didn’t like and try to embarrass them and make them feel bad about themselves. I have this specific memory when we were playing kickball at field day (a day for playing sports all day) and we were playing her class. For a majority of the time, we weren’t counting outs, just doing full rotations. But on the last match we were low on time and did start counting outs. Apparently the teacher (now called Mrs. Cheese) wasn’t paying attention. The ball kept coming to me and when I caught it I screamed “second out” and Mrs. Cheese said “{my name} if you haven’t realized, we’re not counting outs!” In a condescending voice. Right then the ball flies towards me again, bounces into my arms and I throw it to third. We got the third out. And as soon as that happened everyone starts switching. Her face when that happened has become one of my core memories
Now, if moving her out of one school to another was supposed to be a wake up call to change the attitude, you are on probation sort of thing Id understand. If you have to move her to another school by the 3rd or 4th time it's better to just fire her. Save money and use it to hire someone less problematic and more competent.

I do have a story about two teachers I had beef with. One of them threw a pencil which isn’t as bad as a book but as a teacher your still not supposed to throw anything at a student. And a teacher who tattletaled on me to my like person, I can’t remember the name, who was on a FaceTime call with my mom. Yeah. It’s crazy and it happened over the span of a year.
