What this game doesn’t take into account is what the vehicles are made from. New cars are lightweight and pretty much totaled after a real life crash.
Old vehicles were tanks. My dads 54 dodge was a tank!
I’m sure if you dropped a civic and that 54 dodge from a plane, the dodge would probably kinda bend at first but everything loose would be totaled. Obviously the vehicle is would be toast. The civic would of course be flattered.

These cars even survived head-on collisions without serious damage.
For this, however, the entire impact energy was transferred to the driver and passenger.
In the end, you often had a slightly damaged car, but it needed new owners because the old ones didn't survive the impact.

The "Wallshot" actually exists irl, it's called the roll test. They use the same method except they launch the car at much smaller velocity

honestly, it would have been accurate if you used the Burnside special instead of the crash hard classic the crash hard classic wasnt made by beamng drive, thats why the parts seem to just fall apart so easily and stuff. if you used the special, the results would have been better since its a car made by beamng drive. but nonetheless, great video!
