Remember the time when AIOs only job was to just cool your CPU while keeping it as simple and quiet as possible? This is just ridiculous, but as long as there's a market...
What about a gaming PC is necessary? It’s not about “need” it’s about “want”. Looking at PC components with only a practical mindset is pointless. If you don’t like whimsy and fun you keep doing you.
Asetek’s patent? When does it expire? Some companies like Deepcool made a dual chamber cpu block to avoid that patent. So, the integration of the pump into the radiator isn’t necessary.
Remember, the Asetek patent expires in 2025 but they're also running out of money due -in part at least- to the amount of litigation they're handling right now.

XFX was way ahead of them.
this thing could well with threadrypper....i mean its thick and lots of collant inside...so hopefully good colling capacity....
but cosiderig their "compatibility" restrictions i dont think its gonna sound well with lots of people....
The screen is fine but the form factor isn't. Also I bet it doesn't work under Linux so... meh.
Question regarding the positioning... With the pump integrated in the radiator, is it still good in the roof of a case? It seems like there's enough space to make the pump not the highest point, but it's damn close. Thoughts?
These integrated pumps don't have to be at the highest point of your loop.
Whoa, I click on a HC video for first time in a while and I see someone new?? Where is Dmitry haha
"New" haha. I'm one of the founders of HWC. - Mike
@@HardwareCanucks oooo gotcha
I run a 2U server water cooler in my build. Those things SCREAM at 8000RPM. Dynatron L35. But my i7-13700K never throttles even running at 5.6GHz
Which ITX case Can it fit
Thats a good question. Theres not even a need to use such a shortened AIO in a large case. I don't even think the new CH160 can fit this thing.
That cooler might be thicc, but Mike is looking mighty svelte.
You put the cooler upside down they recommend right side up
chuck an iPad in there for less than $299 lol
I want a black 360 version, but probably never gonna happen.
