How do i edit the sequence after auto cut does its things - there are mistakes i want to make a clip"show" but it's a different colour

I'm in the process of trying the 14 day trial, few questions before doing so:
- Do you 1st auto sync your individual video and audio files using the featured in Adobe Premier before running the Autocut Plugin?
- In my podcast recording I implement another feed input in the ATEM were it shows graphical charts that me and guest talk about, how would "non-actor camera scenes" work in autocut, are there additional settings one can apply too those type of elements, having said that I might also start implementing TH-cam video feeds as part of the content, these as well will be on their own Atem ISO file. I 'm just wondering how AutoCut treats those elements when trying to edit the content.

1. Yes, you can do it that way.
2. AutoCut Podcast switches between cameras but doesn't delete any footage. You can simply avoid selecting the video clips you don't want to include, and they will remain unchanged.

I have a go pro that only was on for "half" the pod cast, so auto cut things it was on for the next half, but it fucks up the ai - how can I solve this

I got this message "select a sequence with at least 2 video and audio tracks". Same sequence like this one I edit normal. Now I change guest, but same two cameras on V1 and V2 and now got this message.

I did this process like I have been for the past 6 months using AutoCut.. for some reason when I click "process" it just spins and spins and says "encoding".. I let it spin for an hour and still nothing.. can someone help me with this?
