Something that helped me was learning the basic tools on the side then become good at how to search for the effect or feature I’m looking for; the right keywords make a big difference. From there just following tutorials. It just takes a lot of practice and trial and error.

Are there any videos that go slower in explaining multiple mosaic layers on top of each other for the highs and mids? Whenever I do it the top layer completely blocks the bottom one.
